      Hi, since this location has opened there has been an awful sewage smell that has gotten much worse! Started in the womens bathroom and now coming out of the managers office filling up the whole casino! Customers including us were getting sick and nauseous and had to leave. It doesnt seem to have been taken seriously and wanted to let you know. Also, the high top stools at the bar have broke and are too short to sit on so we stand if the other machines are taken. I sat on one that slammed down on my calf and pulled a muscle in my low back. For a new location things seem to be breaking a lot . There was just an issue with the a/c in the summer and now other things. I am a smoker but it gets too Smokey for me in there like the filtration system isnt workIng. Seems cheaply thrown together. Hope you can ***** these issues as we love playing at Dottys but have been going to casinos in downtown ********* since these issues at dottys are unbearable. Thanks! *********************

      I was at a dottys location earlier and went to cash in a ticket for over $1000 but was not a taxable. The bartender told me that they needed my drivers license to take a picture of the ticket with my identification. I was told by the bartender that if a ticket is cashed that is over $1000 but under the taxable amount of $1200, they are now required to take a picture of the ticket with my drivers license and that it will be accumulated with other tickets I cash in and when it reaches $5000 they then report it to the irs or another entity that should have zero information sent to them at all since it should not be taxed. This is highly illegal and an invasion of my privacy. It wasn't a taxable amount so why do they have the authority to take a picture of it with my drivers license and add it to my other winnings and then report it? If this is true, dotty's is asking for some serious litigation. I was already one of the people that was affected by their breach of information hacking the info of thousands of players and their bank accounts and social security numbers etc. several years ago and never received anything for that even though my identity was stolen and used for monetary compensation. Now they are going to be adding up my winnings and sending the information to whom? this is not cool. Please tell me i am wrong and the bartender did not know that they're doing it wrong

      On October 25, 2023 at 1:05am, I cashed out $100 ticket at the Dotty's Store #***. The machine popped up with "out of paper call attendant". I did that, he put the paper in, still didn't print my ticket, agent shut off machine and after 20 min to reload it still DID NOT print my ticket. SO now he tells me that I have to do a dispute to get this money and who knows when that will be. This employee knew NOTHING about the ***** Business or who the Manager is for me to speak to. I called the gaming control board and they told me a tech would be out to check on it and would give me the money then but couldn't tell me when the tech would be there. This was at 1AM on 10/25/23, so I go back at 5am and was told by the same agent at Dotty's that yes the tech came and did retrieve the ticket but he doesn't have it and doesn't know where I can find it. He told me someone would call me. That "Someone from somewhere" will be calling me and WHAT? He has NO idea what I should do and clearly has NO idea how and what his job is there. This has been the worst experience and I ********* in all ***** locations and this incident has me so irritated I want my $100 that I cashed out 4 hours ago!

      Almost a year ago...I was told by a close friend, who frequents this location, and by another friend, who works at this location, that i was 86d....never received any letter or phone call from management as to why i was banned!! After hearing the complaint (from my friend who works there) that was written by another employee, i was beside myself...she lied and made things up and her manager decided to 86 me without even asking to hear my side of "what happened".....now almost a year later i heard from a very credible trustworthy friend that the manager ******** told her and the assistant manager that the reason she was 86ing me was because "she is mean to her son" .....the only reason she knows my son because she is an avid gambler at his casino in the same town and this is 1st off, non of her business, and 2ndly no reason WHATSOEVER to kick me out of the casino she manages!! She is a horrible manger (many current and past employees will concur) and I will be contacting the corporate offices of Dottys in Vegas to file my complaint with them as well!! This is completely unacceptable and i want her to pay for the lies and irrelevant information she is using....defemation of charater and wrongfully banning someone for no reason!

      I visited the **************************** Casino on Sunday, July 2nd, 2023. **************************** is one of the casinos owned by Dotty's **** I was at the Points bar playing one of their video poker machines and ordered a draft beer.The person tending the bar said they couldn't pour me a draft beer because the keg system and it's equipment hadn't been cleaned in over 4 years and they didn't feel it was safe to drink.The tubes and lines connecting the kegs to the taps should be cleaned AT LEAST once a month,This is entirely inexcusable.

      I called to file a complaint stating that it was not fair that I is a customer was being punished by not being allowed to play during the time that a certain employee was working all because this employee started a childish rumor about me kissing a friend that I brought in this is absolutely absurd and ridiculous when this customer has when you look at the facts harass me for the last 6 months. I do not know anybody in this town and that's where I spent my time and to find out that I was completely 86th from them when I called for help I got punished instead of the employee. No one has contacted me to follow up instead I was completely banned from there place of business All For What because I told told this male employee that my feelings were hurt that he was implying some type of defamation to my character this is absolutely bizarre I can't believe Daddy's would treat their customers this way and reward their employees who do drugs. And brag about being a drug dealer

      In the early morning hours of 6/4/23 i went to Dottys with $20. I asked the woman at the counter to please give me 5's. She said put My $20 in the machine&bring back the ticket to get 5's SO i Did. Not only did the machine not display My $20 but didnt give My money back or a cash out ticket. I let the 2 employees working know what happened and they said they could not see My $20 or reach it out of the machine&i would have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for gaming to come audit the machine and a manager would run the camera back. No,absolutely not. That was My last $20 and i feel they couldve ran the cameras back right after it happened. I'm seeking a refund for My $20. I cannot wait because that was My last $20. The employees or security couldve ran the cameras back and zoomed in to see and refunded My $20 right then and there.

      April 29, 2023 I was a customer at ********************** there was a black guy outside harassment me in front of dottys where the the associates weren't letting me in....I get inside and her name is ***** approached me disrespectfully and kicked me me off my game due to me trying to explain my story and why this black man was following me in the store I couldn't get my belongings I want my phone back but they say I'm banned and won't let me go inside to get my phone back...so you have cameras do the investigation on how I can get my phone....not only that same lady I filled a complaint about a differenent incident and it never got handled

      Gone to Dottys for years a few employees quote different policies for drinking 1) a few times one explained you must sit down before I give you a drink. Then never comes to give me one 2) another says you must put $20 to get a drink. 3) one says you can only have one drink every couple of hours. But if they know a person will give them one to get a tip. I feel discriminated against.
