    On Sept ****** My Friend and I placed an order online,So we could go a few places and pick up the food on our way back home,We ordered the 8 piece bucket meal and an 8 piece tenders and a bucket of mtn Dew and a ****** I didnt think that we needed to check anything before we left as we had a child in the car so we just went home and as soon as we got home she pulls everything out of the bag and there wasnt any tenders and no pepsi,Well I didnt even sit down yet and was already on the phone calling to the store,The guy that answered the phone,could only say "ok" "ok" ok" So we asked if its going to get fixed and before his slow response I headed back down there,! I walked in with the reciept on my drink pouch and the first guy asked can he help me,So i told him i was missing a soda no big deal and the 8 tenders from the meal,He went to the back and started making them and told me he had to make them,That was fine.Then another ***** *** comes out and says that I was basically lying and that he personally packed my bag and I wasnt missing anything that Its all in there and I told him I dont think i need to lie about some tenders or food at that and that he had to be kidding,He basically told me I was a liar and he knows he put them in my bag.SoI asked for a manager and some guy that I guess worked there before told me she will be out here in a min and i needed to chill out.Exscuse me' He needed to stay out of it.Also I was then told that the manager has to review the cameras. So I waited and waited and waited and No manager ever came out there wasnt one there and as far as reviewing the tape well Im not even sure anyone ever did. Then everyone wanted to walk back n fourth looking at me like some piece of s*** trying to get some free food after spending like $70 on food, normally i wouldnt even bother with it but my son and myself dont eat chicken off the bone,So I had no reason to make up any lies over 8 tenders when it was more bs than it was even worth.

    The date was Saturday September7,2024 at or about 7:40 pm at the only 1 location in *******,Nv And (*****) is the main guy that handled the sitution and telling me he ******ally packed that order and was assured that those 8 piece tenders got put in that bag,then I was told now the manager which was said was there and had to watch the tape recording and get back to me about 10 to 15 mins goes by which the girl that was dealing with the rest of the sitution was actually the ****** that gave the food to my friend when she picked it up ,So 15 mins then the girls says to me that I wasnt going to get my 8 tenders I paid for and that there wasnt anything they can do for me and so I asked about the tape recording,she said it shows it got put in ******** clearely they are all liars and Im not sure how 3 people handled that order and the 3rd ****** wasnt even ******** manager and I dont think anyone but the manager has access to any of the recordings,So once again liar.But the fact that I was called a liar and after spending $ ***** dollars for over cooked bisquits and missing 8 chicken tenders,Cold food and nothing to eat with and I come in there just to get the 1 order I did not get and not complain about anything else or try to get anything free or replaced or anything Just to simply ask for the 8 tenders I orderd and my reciept shows i ordered it but ***** got,And then lie to me and tell me I was lying and trying to get free food! Looks like the place needs ******** members and new managment.Hire people with customer service skills and people that want the job and will perform there job duties and know how to handle situtions. I Will ***** spend another ***** in there and I will spread the bad service around town.
