I recently found out PayPal that this company has been taking money from my account since November 2022. They’ve been charging me $25 a month for a service I have never requested. I have tried to explain to this company this is fraud on my account and they have refunded two payments, and refused to pay the money that they’ve taken from my account since 2022 minus the two payments they just refunded recently. They need to refund all the funds they fraudulently took from my bank account.Initial Complaint

I got my account shut down I was subscribed to there services I follow all community standards I woke up randomly today and found that my account had been taken down smh and they keep giving me this one lady ********* M that was very rude and not helpful she told me I couldnt get a refund and hung up in my ear when I asked to speak to someone else every request I try to speak with another person she is the only one I was able to talk to on the matter there was nobody else to help me and she was very unhelpful she showed me screenshots of the community standards which I didnt violate and kept telling me my account was closed because of that no warning because I joked with a person I want some sugar in my coffe I dont know why she was even reading my private messages I feel like she targeted me for no reason I just want my money back I love the site before this but closing my account without warning is frustrating I lost contact with my boyfriend on the site and Ive been desperately trying to get it back hopefully I can get this matter resolved by someone else now or if not my refundBusiness response

The customers account was removed from our site as they stated they were looking for a Sugar Daddy. The customer specifically stated this on her profile " Im looking for some sugar (sugar daddy) " and also made mention of it to members on the site.
Our site is not for this type of relationship and not what our members join or look for. The suggestion is made for them to join a site more suited to what they are looking for.
The customer did not pay a subscription on this account. They were a free member and have not upgraded. There is no refund required as no payment was made. If indeed there was a payment made we would refund it in the understanding the customer has joined the site unknowingly that Sugar Daddy relationships is not what our site is for.
We requested information on the supposed charge as we have no record of it but the customer was unwilling to provide those details.
