Aug 16 I rented a room at the seasons inn 495 West st Reno nv for 97$ and a 100$ cash deposit where then later that day I was told by the manager maria that I would have to vacate the room I had already paid for for 2 hours because the room next to mine was getting serviced for bed bugs which as one could only guess was not what I paid for not only to be told not asked to leave my room but also theirs was bed bugs right next door to me well because im not one to make a fuss about things i complied but when i returned a few hours later (way before the office was supposed to close 9pm) their was a note on the office door stating the office was closed until the next day now normally that wouldn't have bugged me but as to my luck my key card was no longer working so I was locked out of my room and all of my belongings locked in it I tried calling the number they had on the door to no answer needless to say I was locked out of my room for the rest of the night with no one to help me get back in my room the following day i returned before check out to try an claim my things and a refund because i did not get to utilize the room its self due to poor management or lack of staff or whatever the reasoning but again no one their to help I waited a few hours still no service so I left to carry on with my day later that day around 5 I finally received a call from them saying I owed for the current day which I went to tell them everything that happened which she replied with "well its past 3 so im gonna have to charge you for occupying the room " as much as i wanted to throw obscenities I held my composer and left it as that I then returned since I was being forced to pay another night I was going to use the room but again was locked out with no help and wasn't able to receive all my belongings till the next day which was a fight because I supposedly owed money for a room I didn't even get to use but for 3hrs the very first day
