      Absolutely misleading and terrible customer service. I was scammed into buying something I didn't want and then unable to get a refund right away

      The customer ordered (purposely or inadvertently) the Turmeric 3D product as an add-on to his Magnesium 7 order. We are genuinely empathetic when something is ordered by mistake because it negatively impacts our customer. When these situations happen, we are determined to resolve the problem with the customer as quickly as possible. In this scenario, we received the order cancellation request via email on 8/2. The order was cancelled on 8/3, and the refund was issued on 8/5. If the customer is not delighted with the solving of his cancellation request, then we are standing by and ready to help from 9am 6pm ET, Monday - Saturday via phone, chat, or email.

      I love their Magnesium 7 and have been taking it for quite awhile. It's fast acting and is great for muscle aches and spasms. I carry some with me at all times. ******

      WATCH OUT FOR THEIR FRAUD ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT REFUNDS!Ordered the product - tired it for 4 months but find no difference from my previous Magneisum products so requested *** return PER THEIR 365 day GUARANTEE!Here I am, only 4 months LATER - Finally got the *** to return and mailed it back. They received the product on May 10th. After 2 weeks I called asking where was my refund? NO REPLY - just automatic that they read my note. SO at the end of May with NO REPLY I CALLED!They told me that they "do not put the money back on my credit card" but were Mailing me a check which I should get in 10 days - WELL - 10 days passed NO CHECK RECEIVED~~so i CALL AGAIN - AND THEY GIVE ME A SONG & DANCE - "OH - IT WAS NOT PUT INTO THE PROCESSING OF PAYMENTS AND i SHOULD GET A CHECK IN ABOUT THIRTY ***S! FROM THE *** I CALLED AGAIN!!!! SO HERE GOES AGAIN - MORE WAITING TIME - NOW 45 ***S LATER FROM *** THEY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT BACK! LOOKS LIKE A SCAM TO ME!!! MAYBE FRAUD ADVERTISING ABOUT THEIR REFUND POLICY! WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

      Thank you so much for bringing this situation to our attention. We deeply apologize for the duration to resolve this issue. From our research it became apparent that there were multiple issues that hindered a quicker resolution, including not knowing until May that our email communications were not getting to the customer. Since the refund request was being processed past the point in which credit card companies allow refund processing, our options were limited. The customer decided on the option to accept a check refund which can take up to 30 days to process. We confirmed that the refund check was issued on 5/24/24. If there are any lingering concerns, please have the customer contact us at #************ between the hours of 9am 6pm ET, Monday Saturday. Again, we sincerely apologize for any duress that this situation caused, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide our quality products and service to this customer again in the near future.

      Ive been using many of organixx supplements. I really like the magnesium 7 and it does what they say. Im using their enzymes , greens, and collagen.I have never had issues with billing or getting an email to confirm my order. My order is shipped promptly. Im very pleased with Organixx .

      I placed an order Feb 20th, for 3 items, totaling $147.26.I did not receive a direct confirmation, only a thank you for subscribing.....In the ********************************************************** when it will be shipped, I have emailed 3 times. I have called MANY times without success reaching a real person, or even a way to leave a message.I am seriously rethinking having a reoccurring subscription with this company for merchandise that is delayed and NOT even One response to my inquiries.I really like Magnesium 7 but if I cannot promptly receive my order, I guess I need to search elsewhere..... I am a senior of 73. I was not aware I could get a senior discount.I am filling out this review as a last resort. If this doesn't get a response then I guess i will be calling my credit card.

      We have investigated this claim and discovered that this complaint may have been based on our supplier including an extra bottle of Magnesium 7 in her shipment. The customer gets the extra bottle free of charge. We have confirmed that there is no subscription on file for this customer. We also did not have any record of contact with the customer regarding this issue prior to receiving this BBB complaint. We would suggest that going forward that the customer contact ********************** Customer Success directly if they have any issues or questions related to their orders or the products before filing a BBB complaint. Wed be happy to help! As a result of the confusing experience, we have provided the customer with an offer for a 10% discount off her next order.

      **************** is non existing!They should be removed from selling. I ordered on Jan 8 receive the charge on my credit card but no tracking info. I have sent 2 emails and received a response they send to everyone oh we will responds immediately but never do! No valid phone number should be a red flag!

      I want to thank this customer for alerting us to the situation that they did not receive an order confirmation email with the tracking information. This is a known problem that happens VERY intermittently with one of our order channels for some reason. It happens so infrequently that it is extremely difficult to pinpoint the problem area. The only thing we can do at this point is to wait for the impacted customer to contact us and inform us that they did not receive the order confirmation and we will immediately supply that for them. For this particular customer situation, the order was placed on January 8th and the customer sent us an email on Friday 1/12 around 7pm ET, and then sent another email on Sunday 1/14. We are closed at 6pm ET on Fridays with only a limited support crew (1-2 team members) on Saturdays to primarily handle phone calls. We are always closed on Sundays. Early Monday morning we responded to the customer email with all the order information. We also contacted the customer by phone on Monday 1/15 and the customer confirmed that they received an email from us with the order and tracking information. We then contacted the customer on Thursday 1/18 to confirm that their order was successfully delivered to them. During one of the interactions with the customer we informed them of our advertised support hours of operations, for future reference. This information is also stated on our website in various locations. There is only one toll-free number to contact us and, yes, it is a valid number. Customers can also contact us via email or chat during normal support hours.

      They advertise in Instagram that they make in *** the products.In reality dont have the manufacturing place on the product.Has my believe, is made in ***** or Africa without proper inspection.Because they mislead me, I lost $20 on the return. I have to pay shipping both ways for their lies.

      When this customer contacted our support team, our representative informed him that our products were made in ***************** in ******. Our representative then sent an email response to this customer with a statement that is contained in our *** section that our products are made in *******. The *** section is accessible on our website. I am not sure what else we can do to answer the question and qualm the customer's unjustified fears. We have been truthful in explaining that all our products are manufactured in *******. Regarding the return of his order, it is our stated policy that qualified returns receive a full refund minus the shipping fees. That is also stated on our website in the ***s and in the Return Policy. If there is anything else that we can do to help bring closure to this concern, please have the customer directly contact our Customer Success team via email to ***********************************

      This company has the worst customer service ever and has serious technical issues with their payment system! I placed an order on their website and received a confirmation both on the website and through email. About 20 min later I received another email saying I placed a second order, so I went and checked my bank account to see that its going on. They charged me an additional $263 for some product I never ordered. That particular product was originally in my cart, but I deleted it before placing my order. But the system automatically placed an order for that product separately, without my approval. I dont even know how that can happen!! I reached out to them right away and asked them to stop the order and refund me, since I never approved that transaction. I received no answer for 3 days, then I was told they cant stop the order or refund me because both orders have been shipped. They did not care about the fact that I never placed that order or approved that transaction. They told me that as long as you insert your credit card info the system can charge your credit card. Just like that, like fraud is something normal to them and I am responsible to wait for the products to arrive and then ship them back to them, all that while they are withholding some money that I never agreed to pay!! They just completely stopped answering my emails after I told them I will report this fraud. Please stay away from this company and choose to buy from trustworthy sources that have a secured payment system in place. I dont even care if the products are good or not if you act like scammers!

Through my personal experience duplication of an order sometimes happens for various reasons on other business sites as well.       I had ordered these products maybe a year or so ago and the customer service was much better. This time I didnt receive a link or anything to track my shipment when I called in the lady on the other end acted as if I had bothered her day.. this was not professional nor customer service. I will go back and order from who I usually order from Their customer service is phenomenal as well as their products
