From may 2022 to September 2022 this man was supposed to have fixed my car after an auto accident. the insurance paid him almost $10,000 and he failed to fix the mechanical portions of the repairs needed after getting paid. I have been back and forth and to no avail. I have since had to take my car elsewhere to be repaired for the same problems repairs he was supposed to fix and it cost me another few thousands of dollars. the games he play and lies he tell and are ripping the entire community off with taking money and not fixing the issues. i have a lot of proof of payments, going to dealer to actually have repair that he claims was done completed, I have video and pictures and receipts and if he does not give my money back we are not only going to court but i plan to report him everywhere I can. i want a FULL refund as this company is a rip off and deceitful. he committed insurance fraud amongst may other fraudulent acts.Business response

BBB spoke with the owner who explained that you would need to drop off the vehicle and he would replace the differential. Please contact the business who is willing to take care of this for you.Customer response

Here are all the receipts from work I had to have redone my mom and grandma paid for that Bhatti was preciously paid to fix… I still have to get the differential done as note on the paperwork/receipt feom ******** ***** ****** . He ripped me off and I am not comfortable or secure with his work or his repairs I could have died when my axle slipped out on the highway on 11/27/2022 and I had to get towed after the holiday weekend
