I saw the business owner on social media on March 25th, discussing his credit repair business. On March 31, 2024, I paid $399.99 for credit repair which he described on several of his advertisement videos, promising and "guaranteeing" to improve your credit scores (all three) after completing the rounds of credit repair/inquiry letters. I messaged him first. He gave me a price and then I waited a few more days to look through his posts to see if there were any more complaints. I didn't see any right away, so I went back to him. He sent me an invoice (Invoice #: ****). I paid with my credit card. He also told me that HE likes to look at a specific credit reporting app, **********, and that I needed to begin an account with them so that he could monitor the scores. The service costs money each month (which I am still paying for). He got most of my information via text message. He did the letters and sent them to me via email. I had to print them out and send them off, "certified mail". He told me that the first set of letters we sent out was called "Round #1" and that near 28 days after the first round of letters, we would prepare to send the 2nd round of letters after looking at the replies from each credit bureau from the first round. Close to the 28 day mark, I had received some replies. I began to reach out to him via text message on 4/15/24, 4/25/24, and 4/28/24. He did not reply after these text communications. I called after not receiving any replies. I got no answer via phone. I left two messages about preparing round 2 letters. He did not return any of my calls. I then went to ******, where I first found his videos. I could not find him any where. He had deleted his account. His account name is/was: ******** (the '*' in **** is some type of red logo). There is another account similar to the 1st one. It is ***** **** (space or no space between words). The picture is a black man with a high-top fade hair cut and a dark blue background, with praying hands.
