    This company never sent the product even though I did receive an email that it had been shipped. It never arrived. I contacted them immediately and supposedly they issued a credit within 24 hours of my complaint and said they had canceled the order. Wondering how they could cancel the order if it's already supposedly on a ***** truck. Do not do business with this company! I see that one of their Styles is available on ****** on a two-day shipping. Wondering whether that is legit as well.

    I placed an order almost 2 months ago. The order was supposed to arrive 3-5 days after ordered. Not only did I not receive tracking information until a month in, but got little response from their customer service team. I requested a refund and order cancellation as I’ve moved and after emailing multiple times finally got a response of ‘decline the order when it arrives’; but I no longer live there.

    I cannot even give this business 1/2 of a star. I spent $70 on a cover for my couch, have the order number and confirmation on purchase. They only reply with a thanks for emailing, we’ll reach out to shipping department. No response after this and no phone number to directly call. They are truly the worst.

    I ordered months ago and never received it. I have sent inquiries to their support every few weeks and they don’t reply. One time they replied saying they were experiencing delays but given the number of weeks it has been with no updates on my order I believe they only reply a little to keep complaints at bay but ultimately they are a fraudulent site.

    Paid for expedited 2-day shipping and it still took over 3 weeks to arrive. Once the dog bed/car seat arrived, we were shocked to see it was a woeful imitation of what is pictured and described online. Very disappointing.

    Order confirmed on 7/10/2025, but never received tracking. Customer service apologizes but cannot provide ETA. Has stopped responding to email inquiries. Called my bank to dispute charge

    I have contacted this company 4 times. It has been a month since I ordered my merchandise. They already have their money, but I don't have the product. I am calling my bank. I believe I have been scammed.

    Order simply never came in. No phone #, customer service email was just their basic email address. I emailed 2x, no response. So I called my CC Co. right away and got a refund.

    I ordered one product and was then charged for my whole cart(several items) to the tune of a 1187$. Have called my credit card company and they are filing a dispute but I can NOT afford this.!!!!!!!!!
