****** ***** sold an elderly man on a fixed income a car valued at $33k for $48k. He has a credit score that qualifies him for the best rates and deals according to similar advertisements. Everyone there knows that they take advantage of customers and purposely inflate the car values. The terms of his purchase are unethical.South Shore Nissan LLC

Mr. ******* We are surprised to see this review as your father-in-law's car is a leased vehicle, and he received a very fair deal. All amounts were gone over and agreed upon with him and in no way was he overcharged. In addition, he had an appointment to come in today, (Friday, 4/11) and he did not show up. Please have him reach out for any questions or concerns and we will be more than happy to speak with him.Review fromVictoria H

1 starPlease avoid this company at all cost. They sell lemons and put their customers in danger. My husband and I leased new cars from this dealership in November 2024. The whole leasing process was truly anxiety driven and emotional. In my 20 years with my family dealing and leasing with Nissian we will never use them again after what we had to deal with. We were lied to and shown cars with vapes in them by a salesperson named Juilio. However, after being at teh car dealership for 8hrs. My husband got the new 2025 Nissan kicks and I got the Nissan rouge. After not having the car for not even a month my husbands 2025 Nissan Kicks transmission light comes on. We call the dealership to bring in the car that day and we were told if we come in that there would be someone to look at the cars. My husband and I left work early to be told that everyone that works on transmissions left for the day. They also tried giving us a hard time giving my husband a loaner until the fix the car. However, they eventually did after I complained to leave a bad review. Fast forward to January and the transmission light came back on. They tell my husband he has a faulty transmission in a brand new car and that the transmission is on back order. It is now March 10th and he still does not have a car. The car has been in the shop for more than 30 days. We told Nissan we want to file a lemon case since the car is less then 2 months old and we do not feel it is safe. The person assigned to our case **** is now not answering us after we sent in the necessary paperwork and email proof of our horrible experience. All my husband wants is a safe reliable car. Instead we got a car that is not safe and that put our lives and my family members in danger. Not to mention we are not being compensated for lost of time, having to leave work early and to deal with constant emails and phone calls and a quality assurance car. We would like for this to be handled before we have to get legal involved.Review fromKeri K

1 starHonestly, I truly would give 0 stars if there was an option.Sadly, what I experienced at South Shore Nissan happens all to often with auto dealerships across the country. Just read all the reviews:*Unethical Car Dealership Practices *False Advertising *Consumer Fraud *Theft *Predatory Lending What should have been one of my best purchases was my worst and I had two eye witnesses with me.My loan was a Tier 1 =best pricing/rate (Tier 0 apparently doesn't exist anymore)Unfortunately, after taking long time to write out entire experience with this dealership, bbb site has informed I'm **** characters over the limit. So, I will save it ALL for a judge!Consumers be your best advocates.Don't let anyone rush you during car buying process.Research your rights before purchasing vehicles.Research all about junk fee's.Read ALL documents carefully.Review fromMister C

1 starIf you have bad or poor credit dont come here. Please stay away. They would do anything to get a sale. They told me put the car in my wife name and she doesn't even have a license. Then the insurance they charged was $1200 per month. It's ok to say sir/ma'am your credit is not good enough at this time. But not here. They would bleed you dry. I started is too much for themReview fromMeera Lyn

1 starFirst of all I will never do business with this dealership again, their false advertising of posting a price online and when you go into the dealership they tell you a higher price, bought a pre owned 2022 Nissan armada and was given only one key, management along with sales rep said that they only got one key and if we want the 2nd set we have to pay over $300 for it or find a company on the outside that can make a copy..meanwhile I ended up having to pay $250 to get a copy..Review fromRyan P

I will never buy another Nissan again because of my experience with my Nissan Rogue and this dealership/service center. I originally leased my Rogue, and within the first year of leasing, I had to pay to replace the front two tires because they were completely worn out due to an alignment issue that they also had me pay to fix. Even though I did not own the car, even though I had it less than one year, even though I never hit another car or anything, Nissan would not pay anything towards fixing this. In addition, very early into owning this car my key fob stopped working to unlock/lock all of the doors, and I was told that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix it as well (which I decided to just live with it instead, and I still deal with now). Eventually, because I realized that even with leasing the car, I am still responsible for all the expenses related to the car, and because my miles were over my lease, I decided to buy the car out. Since buying the car, I have had to pay PepBoys (where I go now instead of bringing it to the *************** to fix the alignment and replace the front tires again. I have only used this car for two years and have paid to have new tires and the alignment issue fixed TWICE. Clearly Nissan did not fix the alignment issue the first time around. Overall, my experience with this car and this dealership has been nothing but frustrating and extremely costly. Do not come here for a car, you will regret it.South Shore Nissan LLC

******************,We are so sorry to see this review but we would like to clarify a few things. Alignment and tire wear issues are based on driving habits. How tightly turns and curves are taken, how many bumps and potholes are hit, if you rub a curb or bump into a curb to name a few. This is not something that is ever covered under any manufacturer warranty as it is a wear and tear issue. A misalignment can happen in 1 drive. Regarding the key fob did you try changing the battery? This is the most common issue when your key fob stops working. We thank you for your feedback and we wish you luck with your Rogue!South Shore Nissan LLC

******************, It has just been brought to my attention that when we replaced the two tires on 9/30/21 we also did right front control arm and strut because they were bent from hitting something. This would definatly cause your alignment to be off.Review fromAlyssa C

1 starI used to think very highly of the service department at South Shore Nissan. After my most recent experience my view of them in terms of quality and care for their customers has drastically changed. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, inspection, and asked them to check my back up camera as it has not been working consistently. After completing the oil change and fixing my back up camera (which needed to be replaced) I got my car back a day later. Upon getting my car back it was immediately apparent that my touch screen console in my car didn't work at all. Previously, I had never had any issues. When the car was brought back in, it took the service department almost an entire day to confirm that what I said was true, the touch screen console did not work. They said it would take weeks to get in the parts needed. While my car was in their care i recieved a Nissan Connect alert that my car had an emissions malfunction issue that needed to be resolved. To make matters worse, upon getting my car back, as soon as I turned my car on the tire pressure warning appeared to which I found a nail in my tire. My husband has attempted to reach out the the general manager to help gain understanding on what is going on, but he never received a call back. Very disappointing to say the least.Review fromRyan P

Worst Dealership Ive Encountered After purchasing a vehicle 3 hours after the engine light came on 2 days after that the service center took the vehicle in its been 3 weeks I still cant get the car back. And they wont answer my calls directly, but saying that they are waiting for a part, I called the manufacturer directly and asked about the part was told 3-5 business days.South Shore Nissan LLC

****, We apologize that the wait has been so long , it is very frustrating dealing with supply chain issues. Your part was backordered and we got notification that it is being shipped and should be here in 2-3 days. ***** ******, our Service Manager, has been trying to get in touch with you but your voicemail box is full. Please call the service department and ask for him. Thank you for your patience, ***** ****** Customer Relations Manager
