    I purchased a ****** ********** on January/29/2024. On January 30, it wouldn't start. Just kept turning over. I called, they said I'd need to have it towed as they said they didn't have a tow truck. I said no, because the next day it started and I drove it there. They could not find anything wrong with it. They said they had a diagnostic done and it didn't show anything. Picked it up February 2. February 21, it happened again, only my son had it and he said it sounded like the engine was going to blow up. Dropped it Feb 22 , at 4 with my husband with whom they talked to, not me. Rick said, oh this was a totally different thing, which it was not. They offered a loaner. We waitied 30 min. Got tired of waiting. Brian called Feb 23 to say it was ready. I asked for a receipt and said I couldn't get there by the time they closed. Brian said he'd put the key in the gas cap area. The cam shaft position sensor was replaced. This vehicle came witha 30 day/1000 mile warranty, whichever came first. The 30 days expired Feb 27 . The mileage at time of purchase, was 88,073. I took a picture of the optometer which was 89,067. When I picked it up, it was 89164. 97 miles were added onto it, with 1/3 of my gas gone. On the work order, it read, "Test drove several times and started/stopped/started a total of 39 times in 2 day with no issues."the REASON, I believe, was to increase the mileage so to end the warranty. Driving this vehicle while at their shop was EXCESSIVE. I also believe this to be a dishonest practice, to say the least. If they did this to one customer, they've done it to others. The lack of professional customer service and dishonesty should show less than a five star rating. I have pictures and documents to bank up my statements. Buyer beware of this business.

    Dear ***, We regret to hear about your concerns regarding our service department and would like to provide clarification on our procedures. For the safety and security of our customers, we do not arrange tow services, as we prioritize your well-being. In the event that your vehicle is unable to start, we recommend arranging for a tow service and we are more than willing to cover the associated costs, as we do not have our own tow truck. During your second visit, our technicians diagnosed a code (P0017) indicating a cam/crank sensor issue. We offered you a loaner vehicle for your convenience while we worked on repairing your vehicle. However, due to a short delay in preparing the loaner vehicle for you, you chose to depart using your own transportation. Following your departure, we thoroughly tested your vehicle to ensure the problem was identified and resolved. We conducted multiple test drives and started the engine numerous times to confirm its functionality. Please note that any mileage accumulated during the repair process does not count towards your limited warranty mileage. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to providing you with a satisfactory customer experience. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Richard D*** Service Manager
