    Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I am usually pretty understanding with folks and wont go to the BBB however this company really screwed me. I bought a 2006 accord white from them at ******* miles hoping it would get me through the year without any serious mechanical problems. The only damage that was disclosed to me was the cat converter which they replaced and passed inspection before sale. However upon visiting my mechanic after having car for about a month check engine pops up. Apparently the vehicle they sold me as an oil leak that may or may not be able to be repaired. I have not tried to resolve this issue by contacting them as per my contract it was an as is car. So as a result, my car is having issues. I really thought this company was great. I was very satisfied with the service but unfortunately this is a scam dealer looking to sell you cars with serious mechanical issues. Once again, I was prepared to put down money on some new stuff cat converter, spark plugs, starter but never ever expected something like this. Avoid plz I shouldve listened to the reviews

    I sold and purchased a car from them on January 3, 2024. I have been waiting two months for them to pay *** for the car they purchased. I am currently paying two car loans until they cut a check. Everyday is a new lie- stating they sent the check and *** sent it back. When I contacted *** they have never received a check. They are scam artist and should be out of business. Do not do business with anyone that works there. My sales person was *****. this is a crime and they should be held accountable and their business closed.

    Member of sales team told me she doesn't have time to go over the law with me while I'm asking her to provide documentation to challenge the company plolicys insurrection and rebellion to only follow uniform commercial code and not the Constitution Supreme law of the land. Sales team is rudely dismissive and disappointing.

    Worse car dealership car been in 3 accident and wasnt told when I ask I was told its not required for them to tell me because its not a safety issue when my wheel bearings is mess up and I feel very unsafe. Take it to them twice to fix seems like they didnt even check my car because both times the issue starts like 15 mins after I pick my car up back from them . This is the biggest regret I have in my life going to this dealership!!!! Yall better dont be in my situation even my mileage is incorrect .

    My Grey bought a 2019 ***** Accord on 7/12/2023. Brought the vehicle back saying there is a noise and we brought to a repair facility to have it checked out on 8/21/2023. There was nothing wrong with the bearing or hubs. Replaced two tires. Not sure why she is saying there is a problem with the mileage. *** inspection was done on 8/7/23 after ********* wanted to register in *** and was unable to get a *** identification card or Driver's License in ************ in order to register the vehicle. Because she has a ******** Learner Permit we had to register the vehicle in ********. Please see copy of Drivers License and repair bill and inspection.

    You guys here typing its been since July 11 and until now December 15,2023 I still be having the same issue with my car its just there park because am concern about my safety.Also ***** promise me before I sign the contract after 4 months of paying on time hes going to lower my monthly payment with am honestly paying $695 for a junk I have to park and am not working I cant pay for it ,I called I was told he no longer work there anymore I should talk to ***** been calling for 2 weeks now trying to talk to ***** the front desk keep telling me hes busy hes gonna call me back until now I havent received a called back I have it in writing were I was promise after 4 months I will be paying less. I hope people reading my review and never set foot into that place once you buy the car its F you the worse but its a ****** I will definitely learn from .

THEY OFFER ******** THAT ARE NO RELIABLE WITH HIGH INTEREST AND HIGH PAYMENTS.**** IS A SCAMMER.     Yes we sold ****************** a vehicle and the vehicle had a problem. We bought the vehicle back from ***************** and gave her a loaner vehicle till we could find her a vehicle in the price range. Due to her credit we were unable to find her a vehicle in her price range and a payment she could afford. She wasn't happy when we had to take back the loaner vehicle because we were unable to find her another vehicle.

    Advertised price they ad 2,ooo more on top, bait and switch car loan without your permission, they steer your loan to who they want even if higher rate!! ****** car and broke down 4 days later and not a care or concern for the customer! Not even a call back to check status! They get your money and your on your own, I should have followed my judgment and walked out from the beginning!! Don't fall for the **** go elsewhere!!! Not professional dealership
