1. I relet my apartment to someone, and I had left some things behind for her to use. The management never gave any notice that I had to clear out the room so I didn’t see any issue with this. When the relet moved in, she walked into an empty room. Management admitted to disposing my belongings, and promised reimbursement for the lost items (on 8/18/21). I never received any notice before/after my belongings were thrown away, and I never received the reimbursement. I sent my first email regarding this issue on August 12, 2021, and this issue still has not been resolved. I have called/emailed them numerous times since then, to no avail. 2. They deposited $200 into my bank account (9/17/21), and then withdrew it 5 days later (9/22/21) with no notice. We asked what this money was for and no one gave us an answer. My bank charged a $12 fee and I'd like this back too. 3. The security deposit was never returned to us. Apparently my lease ended when the relet moved in, meaning the security deposit should have been returned months ago. 4. The management has been negligent and unprofessional and has only continued to ignore my attempts to resolve the issue. They completely stopped responding after August 18. I asked my relet to try to talk to them and she was always met with an "I'll get back to you." There was very little I could do from Sept-Dec in that I was in a different country with a 13 hour time difference. I have spoken to the manager a few times since I've returned. The manager is constantly giving excuses as to why he can’t take action on said problems, yet was quick to put up my apartment as a Facebook marketplace listing when i told him that I wouldn’t resign unless they fix the issue by Wednesday. I took pictures and a video scanning the whole apartment right before I moved out (for security purposes). All of the items that were disposed of are shown in these pictures/videos. I compiled some images, circled the items in red, and attached them below.
