We were extremely pleased with the Access Unlimited folks, from the salesperson Jason P******** and the installation crew, Arron and Steve. The product is wonderful and will suit the needs of our church for years to come. This was such an economical way to meet the needs of having our folks being able to travel from the sanctuary level to our fellowship hall in the basement. Bravo!!

5 starsAccess Unlimited is a fantastic company whose mission is to make lives of people with disabilities better. Their products (multi-lift) give people the freedom of mobility like no other products on the market. They are kind , courteous and genuinely care about quality of life for those who their products help. Our purchase has preformed exactly as the videos described. Giving access to our vehicle for our daughter without major modification to the veh, simply perfect! Access Unlimited continues to stay in touch with us to make sure there is nothing we need help with as it is their policy to make sure their products provide excellence to the user.Review fromgeorge D

5 starsOur Multi Lift system has allowed us to care for our son who has advanced muscular dystrophy. The staff are professional and caring. 5 starsAccess Unlimited has got to be one of the best companies I have dealt with for any medical related equipment. I had purchased a used Multi Lift and needed the sling & Speedy Bar for my truck. They expedited getting it made for my truck and sent out even though it was Christmas! They kept me constantly updated by email and text. Once we had it they provided training on the proper setup of the Multi Lift and how to safely use it via Google Meet. It has been a real game changer for us as my wifes MS had progressed to the point we were thinking of getting a van with a wheel chair ramp. No need for it any longer. It is a very well made device. Highly recommend the Multi Lift for anyone who needs to get someone from a wheelchair into a vehicle. With a different mount you can use this device inside your home as well! The videos on their website are accurate! Its usage is as easy as they show. Hardest part was the proper sling placement and they helped with that. They have since followed up with us to ensure everything was working out ok and see if we had any further questions.Review fromJolene T

5 starsAccess unlimited was great to work with. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process via email. We appreciated the communications very much because we are in Montana and the company is based in New York. It’s really nice to have the chair instead of having my husband lift me into the car each time we have to go somewhere. It’s safer for him and me. We are very pleased with the customer service and the chair itself. Access unlimited route closely with our local mechanic who installed the chair and gave him a detailed overview of how to operate the chair to then show us. The only downside was the amount of time it took to get the chair shipped back east and returned to us, but it was worth the wait.Review fromAnnette V

5 starsI have never found a company so full of caring people. Not only is their product amazing, but they make sure you get EXACTLY what you need. They took the time to listen to my concerns. They designed systems that meet my needs. And if something didn't fit or work just right, they fixed it without delay or added cost. I have, and will, return to this company for any future needs that they can help me with. They even provided all they documentation I requested so I could file for reimbursement with my insurance, even though they have never had an insurance company approve their products. Mine DID! I was reimbursed for half of the in-home pieces. I asked if they would partner with my state for alternate funding sources and they immediately put that in motion. 5 starsWe found it necessary to use another lift to move my wife about the house but really wanted the ability to go outdoors safely for her and the caregivers. An outdoor elevator or a ramp was not feasible. I hoped we could also attend mass, see Doctors, and visit sites she might recall. The Multi-lift answered our need. As a prior engineer I was especially pleased with the user-friendly design of the Lift and the team of Ken, Frank, Tricia, and all at AU . They are always available, responsive, say what they will do and do it. We have replaced the other lift with the Easy Base and are planning overnite trips with it. 5 starsThe multi-lift from Access Unlimited has been a huge help. I have a son with a neurodegenerative condition and getting him into my lifted ****** with 37" tires was not possible without this lift. Tom and Tricia from Access Unlimited were helpful pre, during, and post sales. The system is easy to use and has unlocked new mobility possibilities for my son. Lastly, I will mention that I recently had a new need (getting my son into a roof top tent). I let Tom know of this and he jumped right in to think of ways to solve this problem and offered a viable solution. We are really grateful to Tom and the entire Access Unlimited crew!Review fromKaren R

5 starsI contacted Access Unlimited in 2020 because we needed a way that get my husband into our vehicles, the shower and our camper. The multi-lift was a true answer to prayer for us. It enabled him to do all those things and we were able to continue traveling where otherwise he would have been house bound. The equipment is state of the art and amazing. We did have a couple small issues and the folks at Access Unlimited stepped up to the plate and went over an above to stand behind and fix the issues. It is truly an amazing company that works so hard for their customers.
