    4/27/ 2024. I placed an order with Reptile deli. It took him some time but they finally got my shipment out when I received it. They all came dead. I sent them a video and their allotted time as specified in their policy agreement they didnt respond a few days later, they replied with sending me a new order. I got that second order they all came dead again I sent them in video. They did not reply. Im asking for my money back they refusing.

    I have a couple of charges for products I never received. I reached out via email and got a response of apologies and a promise of refund. I have yet to see the refund and my last few correspondences have gone unanswered. This has been on going a few weeks now.

    We completely do apologize for the delayed response. We have gone ahead refund **************** fro the 2 orders that he did not receive. I did reach out to him today Monday March 27th regarding this.

    I have received an email stating I would receive my refund, however have yet to see anything reflect on my bank statement.

     I received the emails stating the refunds were processed. Again I don't know what account you tried to send it to but it isn't mine, the same account I've been using with this company for over the past year.
