  I highly suggest DO NOT use NY Builders. They took my money and never did my windows. They are very charming and act like you are family but they are not. They always promise a date and when that date comes up no show , or many excuses. This went on 2 years and I had enough. They are crooks ! Do you homework before signing contracts. I learned a very expense ******* They do not deserve any stars !

  I am assuming this is the same business that did my job. They have the same name except Enery Solutions Corporation has been added and it has the same exact address. They did a stoop,walkway,apron, and blacktop driveway. They use all outside companies who complain about not getting paid by *** ********. All parts of the job were done poorly. They had another company come and redo my driveway but otherwise got nothing but promises to fix my stoop and apron for 2 yrs. Lots of dates that always got cancelled by them. Finally I had to go to another company to get everything fixed. Under reviews they will say that they offered to fix it, which is true, what they will not say is that every date you agree to they cancel a day or two before. They take your money, do a crap job, and then leave. I have over 50 text messages with **** (along with over 30 phone calls) and nothing but empty promises. Stay away the only solution for this company is to go broke and close.

  Do not hire this company. They are simply THE WORST! Took over a year to install two casement replacement windows, which were installed poorly, because they won't close correctly and lock down. Then **** came to inspect after threatening to *** them, and said the company would come out to correct the error...we have been waiting over 6 months and still nothing. Now they don't even answer my emails or phone calls. ******** Builders should be shut down. They are incompetent morons.

  I STRONGLY ADVICE YOU NOT TO USE NY BUILDERS NO MATTER HOW NICE THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY PROMISE YOU, IT IS A LIE. THEY WILL TAKE MONTHS TO DO A 1 WEEK JOB. THAT IS NOT THE MAIN ISSUE! THE WORKERS THEY HIRE ARE POORLY QUALIFIED AND IT IS MY BELIEF THAT THE COMPANY IS CASH POOR. THEY ALSO USE INFERIOR PRODUCTS.EXAMPLE 1: PAVERS FOR WALWAY AND DRIVEWAY. THE WORKERS REMOVED 3 INCHES OF GRASS POURED CONCRETE OUT OF A PITCHER AND LEFT CEMENT ALL OVER, DESTROYING MY PROPERTY AND AND LEAVING A MESS. THE ASPHALT I ORDERED (CONSTRUCTION TYPE) WAS NOT WHAT THEY INSTALLED (CONTRACTOR SURFACE). EXAMPLE 2: THE ***** IS A NIGHTMARE. THE **** MATERIAL IS TOO FAR APART. MY THREE STEPS ARE ALL DIFFERENT HEIGHTS AND SIZES. THE MITERING AT THE ***** DOESN'T MATCH, AND THE WORST PART IS THE RAILING. ONE OF THE RAILING IS TOO CLOSE TO THE ***** RAIL AND YOU CANT USE IT TO GET UP THE *****S. ALSO, THE POSTS ARE A DIFFERENT SIZES AND THE **** ARE LOOSE.THE BOTTOM RAILING IS BENDING DUE TO THE POOR INSTALLATION. THERE ARE MANY MORE PROBLEMS THEN THE **** I LISTED. OVERALL, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. NOWHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES IT MENTION QUALITY OF WORK SO I HAD TO PAY FOR AN AMATEUR JOB. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
