    This website is fraudulent. I had been using Rakuten for over past 5 years without ever having any issues. I was going to order a new computer so I decided to see what other cashback were out there since ******* was only 2%... these guys advertised 4.5% which was significant for a large purchase. I UNINSTALLED rakuten chrome plugin and installed Hoopla's plug in. The trip was activated. I made the purchase which was registered on my hoopla account. A few days later, the trip magically disappeared. Any legitimate company still keeps your trip history. I contacted support over course of a few weeks with no replies.. eventually they claim my sale was credited to another website and refuse to give me my cashback. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Phony scam company.

    This member notified us about an order that was supposedly untracked in our system. Our customer service team acted quickly and submitted a missing order inquiry to HP. HP responded to us that the order had been credited to another publishers website, so it could not be credited through Hoopla Hoopla. We informed the shopper of this. There is nothing we can do based on HPs response, and considering in this feedback that the shopper stated he commonly uses Rakuten, it is likely that this HP order was credited to the shopper on ********'s website, or, through another cash back site they use. Hoopla took all the right steps, communicated openly and honestly, and there is literally no issue that should warrant a complaint of any kind based on the facts.The Hoopla Team

    Hoopla Doopla is a SCAM! They will never give you the cashback owed to you and make up some random excuse blaming the merchant etc. I had taken screenshots of every single piece of evidence including purchase time, amount, store details etc. I went back and forth around 12 times with their customer support with all this evidence and yet they refused to pay.Do not use Hoopla Doopla if you value your sanity and want to keep your stress levels in check!

    They wont honor rebate offerings and lie and say I didnt qualify for some random excuses. Needs to be a class action lawsuit against them.EDIT: I am a customer, and I do have an account with **********************, still waiting for my payout. Ignore their reply that claims I am not a customer, notice how they ignore my problem and instead accuse me instead of attempting to rectify the situation.EDIT 2: they are so **** bent on suppressing my review and not paying and honoring the rebate program they reported my review to ********** and made me provide documentation to prove hoopladoopla continues to lie instead of honoring their rebate program.
