              I had Eric install a bathroom in my basement for my mother . It was built with a cheaper material that I consulted with Eric asking him if it would work. He advised it would so he constructed it with it . This was built in January. A lot of pieces of trim and other material have been popping out for the past few months . Other issues noticed was light switches were installed upside down , toilet not anchored to concrete, and a wooden support beam exposed to moisture. I contacted Eric about this on September 26 regarding this issue. I wanted to see if he was willing to fix . He stated there was a warranty that expired a few months ago . The problem is this not a warranty issue rather work was not done right . Regardless of material, some of these things should have been done correctly first time . I have to now pay a handyman 415 dollars to fix . I paid 5000 not even 10 months ago for bathroom.
