      I ordered a ring for them for my grandmother, she changed her mind. I went in to cancel the order and there was absolutely no way to do so. I searched their website high and low. I also tried contacting them via email multiple times, and through their ******** link as well. I want my money back, This is not a trusted website on my end anymore.

      Date of transaction: 09/11. Date notified that I did not order two rings and incorrect total charged 09/11 no response. On 09/17 still had not received a response to my initial concern nor a tracking number for shipping so requested cancellation and refund via email as order had not shipped no response. Then again on 09/20 in two emails requested cancellation and refund as order had not shipped no response. Then logged a complaint with paypal. Received a response through paypal that "customer service would contact me soon" on 9/20. I then received an email on 09/21 that said the order had shipped after I requested cancellation and refund. I put the tracking number in the website that said that they had not received the package, but a label had been printed. I again emailed them (they do not respond to chat, nor do they list a phone number) today and demanded they cancel my order and issue a refund and advising them that I would be filing a complaint - No response. Interestingly enough, they list their address on their website as *********, but a label was printed in ***********. I have been trying to get this order cancelled since prior to shipment, they were aware of it, I requested cancellation through paypal as well and they still printed a label after my request to cancel and receive a refund to make me think that it was shipped - it has not, I would like a refund.

      I asked for cancellation before the item shipped Joancee was deceptive in telling me the item had already shipped and then printing a label and telling me the item shipped from *********** when I called the actual post office they did NOT have the item and still do not according to tracking.   I want my shipment cancelled and my ****** refunded.  See attachments of my request for cancellation and label printing information

      I found the Joancee.com website and fell in love with an amethyst ring, I decided it was for me so I purchased it for $91.67. That was on April 27th 2023 and it is now June 20th ********************************************** a refund. Everything started off normally until, my item was shipped to a distribution center in *******. After noticing my pacakeage had not moved from the location in several days I reached out to the company. They said they would get a hold of the distributor and contact me when notified. I have worked in customer service my whole life and know sometimes things dont always go according to plan, so I gave the business the benefit of doubt that they would rectify the matter in a resonable amout of time and reach back out to me with either information on the situation, a new ring sent out to me via expedited shipping, or a full refund. I have recieved none of these things so have been forced to use the better businesses bureau to reach out and try to resolve this matter. All I want is the item that I have purchased, but will settle for a refund.
