      I purchased a ring from this website. I paid $120 for the ring and $25 for the 3 day shipping. Its now 7 days later and still no ring. I have emailed 7 times total and get no response. I go to track my order on their website and it does not show me anything. I really just want my money back at this point because I feel like I was scammed!

      I ordered from the website paid $25 for expedited ship and I have yet to receive my package. It has not been shipped out at all. It was for my wedding, and the date has already passed. I think I was scammed. Bought on 3/7/2023; today is 3/27/2023 and I am still waiting...Order NO*******************

      Hello my name is ******. On 3-4-23 I placed an order for a gold/silver ring in the amount of 118.65$. I was told I would get my order within 7-9 business days. I received an email stating my order was shipped on 3-14-2023. As of today 3-22-2023 that order is still showing it in ************. I've tried calling yo no avail. I've sent emails that have gone unanswered. I'm at my wit's end. This place is a big scam.

      This company is a scam. No one will get in contact with you right away, and there is no number to call at all to speak to someone. You have to contact someone through ******** and generally is an automated message. Someone got in contact with me. Three days after I submitted a request for a refund. At first they said that I couldnt, but I submitted documentation showing that I requested a refund before 24 hours. Two days later I was promised a refund I never received it and the day that I sent them an email about me not receiving their refund shortly after that, they sent me an email about the package being sent out. This is two weeks later by the way, when I requested my package within three days and paid for the extra shipping. This company is beyond a scam but I keep getting the runaround about getting my money back. So basically Im losing $150 over a ring that is fake.

      I placed an order for a ring in a size 8.5 and emailed the company 2 days ago to start the process for an exchange and no one has contacted me. I emailed twice already. I don't want a refund only an exchange for a size 9. The order number is ******************.

      I purchased a ring order # ****************** purchased on February 17th paid the additional shipping to have it hear by our wedding day (within 4-6 business days) I keep trying to contact and email for a refund as now we have to go buy another ring with money we don't have for our wedding day. I get no response from anyone I have probably emailed a total of 6 times now. Please I need my refund.My boyfriend husband to be this Monday the 6th ordered under his name and we paid with my card.       It has been less than 24 hours since I have placed my joancee jewelry order for an engagement ring. Ive emailed them multiple times to cancel my order and receive my refund considering my purchase is still pending. Ive tried contacting the company on multiple websites and havent gotten a response. This website has generated a lot of scam reviews. I DO NOT WANT STORE CREDIT. I will not be purchasing from this company again. I need to cancel my order but I can not find an option on the website to do so. My order number for Joancee Jewelry is #****************** . Thank you.

      I ordered a ring for ****** that's still processing and has been charged 2x. I never received the ring and I want my refund on this order.
