      5/11/24. Strength of a woman concert. The document attached is the email I sent to the Barclays Center. I never got a chance to see the concert because it did not start at the time listed

      On May 1st I attended ************ concert, I had a floor seat. During the first set a women two rows in front of me stood in her seat (foldable chair) to get a better view. Multiple people in the crowd asked her to get down, she refused. Within minutes rows of people in front and behind me began standing in their foldable chairs (see photos). I left my seat to find security and ask them to resolve the situation. Security came by and nothing changed. A safety hazard was created around me and venue staff did nothing to ensure I was able to experience the concert in a safe environment. I've notified the venue of what I was experiencing via ******* the same night and the contact form on their site days after.

      I attended the Strength of a Women event on Saturday, May 11, 2024. I am an **************** Member cardholder and I wanted to use the privilege of using the America Express Member entrance to enter the Arena. Upon arriving the line was extremely long and half of the costumers in line were not **************** cardholders. The employees working the door entry were not doing their due diligence with verifying those with an **************** card and were letting normal ticket holders to enter. Being an America Express card holder is a privilege and a benefit that comes with the individual spending amounts of money at times using the card and for that reason we have the benefit. I was disappointed that I had to stay in line with the rest and not use my benefits at the time. The employees allowed other to enter and cut in the line that they knew of and disregarded those that were card members. I will be reaching out to America Express with this complaint as well because I'm sure they provided the privilege to Barclays Arena for their cardholders.

      Request for Compensation for Unsatisfactory Experience at ********************* Presents: Pink Friday 2 World Tour Dear Better Business Bureau,I attended the ********************* Presents: Pink Friday 2 World Tour at the ******* Center in ********, ********, on Wednesday May 1st, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by the behavior of other patrons and the lack of response from ******* Center security.I purchased Seat 9 in Section 4, Row 5, for $423.00, expecting a clear view of the stage. However, other patrons in the floor section stood on their seats, blocking my view as soon as ********************* appeared on stage. Despite my request to ******* Center security to address this issue, no action was taken, and my view remained obstructed throughout the concert.As a result of this unsatisfactory experience, I incurred the following expenses:$300 on airline tickets $75 on ********************* merchandise $33 on alcoholic beverages $68 on Lyft transportation I kindly request compensation for these expenses, totaling $476.00, to be refunded back to me. I have videos, pictures, and other proof of the obstructed view and the lack of response from ******* Center security, which I am willing to provide to support my complaint.I trust that you will investigate this matter and provide a fair resolution.

      My husband, myself my son and our three friends went to the April ***** Def Comedy Jam on Friday, April 5th. We had an awful time! Everyone was smoking pot by our seats! I asked the person to stop and they told me that's what they do. I spoke to the ushers who offered me no assistance.i have asthma and I could not breathe. What a shame people cannot enjoy the show! We spoke to guest services and the ticket office and they could not help us. There was pot smoling everywhere. When there are signs everywhere in the stadium saying no smoking. I cannot believe the ***** and security were not able to control the crowd and kick out the offenders and there were many! The police should be there. There were many other people that complained about the smoking. We left super early and missed the whole show. The acoustics were horrible too! It was impossible to hear the comedians. I cannot believe it. We should be compensated or provided with tickets for another event where no one smokes.I would like for someme to contact me where I can explain further.Thank you in advance for you time and attention to this matter.

      The event was Lady's night ar the *******. The event went on for 3 to 4 hours during that time the arena was engulfed with Marijuana from every corner. People was smoking through out the entire show. I gave a underlying condition although I had my mask on I was overcome by the smoked filled arena. I left on my way home I felt very dizzy, nauuseated.coughing. I became tired completely out of it all I wanted to do was sleep . I infact slept until the following late afternoon overcome by the smoke. I am not a smoker of any sort. I paid to see show not to be engulfed with other people addictions. With that being said I would kindly like to be refunded for that particular night.

      Hi, I'm hoping that you can provide some insight, perhaps a scan report, with respect to order number *********** for ******* on December 13, 2023. The user of seats 126, Row 2, seats 7 and 8, stated that their tickets were scanned as invalid, despite accepting a ticket transfer from me. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

      I purchased floor area seating for the Hot 97 Winter Jam concert for 12/30. The floor area was overcrowded to the point of it being dangerous. There was no crowd control and seating was non existent. I could not get to my area as the crowd was too big and security was lapse. There was constant weed smoke as well making it hard to breath with the tightly packed crowd, I started to have a panic attack and had to leave. I have been to other events and it was never this out of control. the experience was terrible and horrifying

      I purchased 2 concert tickets, but I suspect they might be from scalpers. I want to request a refund.After reviewing the prices, I noticed that seats at a similar price range are available closer to the stage.As it's my first time buying tickets, I feel quite uncertain about the process.The price I purchased the tickets for differs by over a hundred from the current prices I found.I contacted customer service for a refund, but my request was denied.

      The customer states they purchased tickets from a "scalper" which indicated a third party transaction, unrelated to Barclays Center. The customer would have been referred to their point of purchase to seek a refund. The only authorized ticket sales are handled in-person at our box office or online via Ticketmaster. 

      The buyer is responsible for their personal ticket purchases, similar if they purchased a piece of furniture at Ikea and then saw a cheaper price on Amazon and subsequently, requested a refund from -----Amazon. Please refer the buyer to their point of purchase to request a refund in conjunction with their policies and procedures.

      *I have reached out to Ticketmaster for several times and they suggested direct contact with you.*Dear Barclays Center Support,I am writing to seek your assistance in addressing a series of concerns related to my recent ticket purchase experience for the upcoming ********************* concert on August 30. I appreciate your time in reviewing my inquiries and hope for your guidance and support in finding an equitable resolution.*Misleading Availability and Unfulfilled Promise:Upon purchasing tickets for the aforementioned event, I encountered two significant issues that have marred my experience. Firstly, during the initial ticket sales, the Ticketmaster platform presented a situation where it seemed that only limited tickets were available, potentially leading fans to make quick purchase decisions. Unfortunately, this portrayal of low availability was misleading, as more seats in desirable locations were released later. This situation led to my initial ticket choice not fully aligning with my preferences, causing frustration and disappointment.Secondly, I was advised by a Ticketmaster agent to use the Sell function within the app to resell my tickets, as I realized there could be better seats to come out and requested for a refund. However, the Sell function was not enabled as promised, leaving me with no viable option for resale. This unfulfilled promise further added to my frustrations and concerns as a ticket purchaser.I kindly request that you consider the following actions:1. Address the concerns of misleading ticket availability and the unfulfilled Sell function promise.2. Assist in processing a refund for the duplicate order (#**-*********) that was placed inadvertently.I am dedicated to preserving the integrity of my purchase experience and the enjoyment of the upcoming event.       Thank you for reaching out regarding your concerns related to the Ticketmaster purchase process. After reviewing your inquiry, we wanted to relay the following:

           Seeing additional or different seats available during/after an on-sale is common
           The promoter or artist *** release or adjust available tickets based on demand of the event
           As this was a high demand event, tickets for purchase often move in and out of buyers' carts as they are making purchase decisions.
           The inability to resell tickets for this show using Ticketmaster was a decision made by the promoter; as the housing facility for this event, we have no jurisdiction to alter this mandate
           Barclays Center asked the promoter multiple times to allow this option but were denied; guests were able to resell their tickets via other platforms, but Ticketmaster was not an option
           Barclays Centers ticketing policy informs guests that there are no refunds or exchanges all sales are final.

      We apologize for any confusion the Ticketmaster ticket purchase flow *** have caused and hope that this information provides some clarity.
