This claim is in regards with my $200 down payment I paid to Unlimited Distance Transportation. I wanted my car 2012 Acura MDX to be transported from Chula vista California to Pickerington Ohio. The transaction was made to one of their representatives by name **** (phone number ###-###-####, email: ************************* ) on 08/31/2021. I was told the car was going to be picked up on 09/03/2021. The total quote was $1200 for which she requested $200 down payment. The remaining $1000 will be pain upon delivery of the car. I did not hear any thing from the agent “****” or a driver on the day of pickup she promised. She refused to pick up my call and stop replying to my text messages. I had to find a new company to haul my car to Ohio. I kept calling the agent “****” multiple times with text messages and voice mails without any responds. She once answered my call and told me my money will be refund back to me. For over 3 weeks now, I have not had my refund.Business response

Dear Custumer we really appoligize for this situation our accounting manager was ill with COVID so we could not refund your money and for sure we will contact to you today about this issue i see we worked with you before and i think you know how we do our job but we aare sorry for delaying refund and we are ready too help you whenever you want just contact us if you would need car shipment next time thank youCustomer response

I moved to fort Stewart Georgia couple months ago, I previously bought a car in Texas so I needed it to be shipped to fort Stewart and I talked to UD transportation and they said they will ship it for 500+ But I needed to deposit like 150 dollars, days went by they never shipped my car out and everytime I called they wouldn’t answer so I went to Texas and drove my car here to fort Stewart but now I want my money back because that was terrible businessBusiness response
