    Had this company come out for a free quote for Dryer Vent Cleaning. The technician quoted the job at $350. I said yes. After the service, he charged my father's credit card $1,141.51, and upon inspection I found the vent was still full of lint, and not cleaned out. When I called the company an hour later they explained that's what the cost was, and that the tech was there all day. However, he was only there ***** minutes (Our Camera Confirmed It). My grandmother called them back to get it cleaned, two days later. They did in fact clean it this time, but charged her credit card $568.67. At this point, I called and said this is crazy, please refund the $1,141.51 and even though it is more than you quoted, your company can keep the $568.67. To this, they said no. They claimed it was two jobs and two different dryers, even though it shows the same address on invoices and there is only one dryer in residence. They do not have any email to reach out to, and when I call I am now hung up on. I am trying to get these charges disputed with our credit card holders, but not sure how much luck that route will have. Only now do I see all the ****** reviews about this ************ doing similar, if not worse, things to other customers.

    1. Date of transaction: 5/28/2023 2. I paid $329.3. Dryer vent cleaning quoted at $79 over the phone.4. When the tech came, he said we needed to pay him $399 for the service which is 5 times higher than the original quote. Finally we agreed to pay $329 due to the urgent situation. The tech only spent ***** mins to clean the vent. After that, we found there were lots of residual dust around the vent exit, and asked him to use vacuum to clean it up. He refused to do it in the beginning. After multiple requests, he finally agreed to use the vacuum to clean up which cost him 2 mins top. He kept on saying what he had done cost more than $1000 with other companies which I don't believe at all.5. A few days later, I called the company and complained about it. The reception said she would let the supervisor know. However, I never received any feedback since.6. We found this company from the following website, but there is no address (I have to input a random address to file this complain, sorry for the confusion). *************************************************************************************** 7.     I hired Certified Green Team to clean the upholstery on two wing-back chairs in my living room. Neither chair was dirty, but since I purchased a new couch I decided the chairs could use a sprucing up or refresh. The technician arrived at my house approximately 4pm on Thursday, March 31. After cleaning the two chairs the technician told me it would take several hours to dry. I did not notice any problems before he left. He gave me his cell # and told me to call him directly if any problems. The next morning, April 1, I looked at the chairs and was horrified to find brownish colored stains all over both chairs. I immediately called the technician and told him and told him what the problem was and sent him photos of the chairs. He couldnt understand what happened and said he would return to inspect the stains and clean both chairs again. I also called CGT office to be sure they were aware of the problem. Technician returned about 4pm on Sunday, April 3. He was surprised to see the stains and couldnt explain what happened. He partially cleaned both chairs again, concentrating on the stained areas. He stopped after realizing the stains were not coming out and did not want to cause further damage to the fabric. He told me he would speak with his supervisor and research possible causes/solutions. He promised to get back to me in a few days and also told me my credit card will be refunded the cost of $113. The refund was never processed so I have disputed the charge through the credit card company. I have called the tech, the **************** their HQ and several other numbers. I also emailed them on April 4 and April 28. To date, April 30, I have not had a reply from anyone. I expect Certified Green Team to remove the stains they created or pay me for the cost to reupholster or replace the chairs.
