  A team member came to my house on May 13, 2025 to give me an estimate for carpet cleaning. We agreed on price, treatment, time and date, and I provided a cash deposit of $300. When no one showed up at the agreed date/time, I called and was told that there was an emergency (although no attempt was made to contact me), and a new time and date were set. The day before, I was called to say that the time had to be shifted. When I told them that this tine wouldnt work for me, I was told that I would be contacted to set a new time. No one ever called, and each time I call them, I am told that a supervisor will be in touch. By now, they have no credibility with me whatsoever, as I have concluded that either this group is hopelessly disorganized, is a scam, or most likely, is a hopelessly disorganized scam. I presume that for the modest amounts involved (eg $300), they can just pocket the cash and avoid more bothersome consequences other than the occasional phone call until the victim gives up! My advice is to save your time and cash and steer clear of this group (I hesitate to call it a firm)!

  This business is terrible and I would agree with the other reviewer, DO NOT USE! Very poor customer service and horrible service! This young man who came to clean my (senior citizen) parents chimney initially tried to scare them to sell them a service costing double the cleaning. He then does a service without the proper tools which my father had to give him and when my mother asked him to add more material to the spaces he told them needed to be filled, he became very rude and condescending. I was working remote in the other room and heard his continuing rudeness towards both my parents. I simply asked him not to talk to them rudely and he got very agitated by my request then tried to lunge at me as if he was going to hit me. It wa very threatening.... I called the office to speak to a manager 4x to make complaint with no call backs whatsoever. Each receptionist/supervisor who answered my calls either said a manager would get back to me within 1/2h to *****h and now with the Jewish holidays, not until after. I have two last words for this business...Just Awful!

  Awful , stay away from this company. I asked that they clean my dryer vent. The cost was ***** to go access the vent. I'm asked and told them not to do anything unless they got authorization from me. I have tenants there. The person they sent barely spoke ?English. He called me tell me he was on his way. I then get a bill for $790.00 plus they gave themselves a tip of $70.00. this is ridiculous and exuberant. I have closed the bill. Fair market value of this cleaning is not anywhere near this.My tenant made a mistake and gave them his credit card. I have called to speak to the owner to no avail. They will not give me the name or address.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be filing papers on behalf of my tenant to get their money back.
