    I think this company sells refurbish items, their items arrive to me in what seemed to be ziploc bags. It would be fine if they're letting the consumers know that the items they're purchasing is refurbish. I purchased two headsets from these people. One of them charge and the other one wouldn't charge at all. Their answer to this was that the items we're in perfect working order when they ship it, and they expect me to pay for return label. After I've already paid to have it shipped. I would never recommend them to anyone! I will throw away the item that does not work. I say, shop with these people at your own risk.

    I ordered the bronze. *************** earbuds live was told. Condition was narrow both case and earbuds. Came with scratches and marks definitely used. Read the reviews. They are all telling the truth.

    I ordered a pair of ** bluetooth headset May 10 2024 and now it's May 24th. I haven't received no tracking number or anything and when I tried to contact esure buy by email and phone I had no success. I just got taken for $109.00 . Please stay away from their site
