If I could rate 0 I would. I would never allow my child to get on a bus by this company again. They highly lack training in dealing with children with disabilities. They are extremely disrespectful and rude to parents. The women on the phone at base is very unprofessional and so are the bus attendants. They did have my number so when I came downstairs the attendant says "I been here for 20 minutes, you don't be answering your phone, your daughter needs a Para on the bus because I can't deal with her. Ima have to give her a write up." Her whole attitude was disrespectful enough but talking to me like I was a child pushed my red button. I calmly asked for the base number which was no help. The women who picks up is like, "yes your daughter did this and that, dont you think your daughter would get agitated being on the bus for 20 min." Meanwhile my daughter was sleep on the bus and it wasn't my fault that the company didn't have my number. But as I look at my daughters progress, she HAS NEVER HAD AN ISSUE ON THE BUS, EVER. THIS IS HER FIRST. so I honestly feel like that company doesn't know how to treat or talk to ppl or their children. The bus attendant should be fired, the phone operator condoned the bad behavior like they were used to complaints, SHOULD be fired too. This company is not for children with disabilities. But I feel like they were trying to cover up because my daughter is non verbal which I fear for the most. Women told me it's not they problem, call the school before she hung up on me. I will never send my autistic child with this bus company again and I want to spread awareness. They hire ghetto disrespectful and unprofessional people here.
