A hooverboard was bought as a gift to my child and it stop working. I reached out to Jetson about the warranty and got question as if I was under investigation and and the lady did not help me telling me the hoverboard had a date on it of 2021 when it was bought December 23, 2024. She told me the the warranty was out of date and we haven't had it for 90 days. I asked to speak to a manger. She would not get the manger on the phone. This is bad for business and you do not stand behind your word or warranty. I will never shop from this business.Review from John H

I purchased a hoverboard from them, and it stopped holding a charge after about 4-5 uses. Filed a claim, and they sent me the same product, but this time it would not charge at all. Tried to file another claim on it, and they told me since the warranty expired they could only offer me a 10% discount on a new product. Frankly I have no desire to ever purchase any more products from them after my experience, so a little discount is no help. I can't believe this company can get away with things like this.Review from Erick P

I purchased 2 refurbished Jetson haze bikes from t Jetson in April 2023, since than i had to replace one of the bikes and 6 months ago the battery stopped charging since than i been given the run around to get another battery. They were a draw because the fold and it can take on vacation please DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON JETSON.Review from Rosemarie S

I RATE THIS COMPANY MINUS ZERO STARS!!!! It has been 2 1/2 months with no actual resolve from this company. I fear they will never actually honor or commit to their hoverboard one year warranty. I filed a claim under their warranty and was approved and then nothing happened. No communication except autobot email responses and never in regard to my claim. I have since filed three of the same claim getting the approval for a replacement or a gift card, and yet nothing happens after that approval email (for months). When I send follow up reply emails asking for the status, I get no response. When you call, they suggest to go online. You can NEVER TALK TO A HUMAN by phone. When I initiated a chat on several different occasions during weekday business hours, you get "Let me connect you with a support agent." Yet 12 hours later, still no agent. You find your chat script sent to your email as if they are responding, but NOT! When you reply back to this chat response email, still no resolve to the matter, because of their autobot responses and numerous ticket numbers assigned that have nothing to do with your original claim. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! They sell you a hoverboard that don't work after about five months of use when the charging port goes bad (we live in ******** so we can only seasonally use the hoverboard). We were still two months shy of the warranty expiration when we filed the first, the second, and the third same claim, and now we are past that time. I AM ANGERY WITH THEIR FRAUD WARRANTY AND LACK OF A N Y SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO PAID GOOD MONEY FOR A BAD PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!Review from jeffrey b

The accelerator on my Jetson bike has malfunctioned. The company says it can't send out any parts for 4 to 6 weeks since it is moving. I am incapacitated and the bike is my only way of getting around. This shows the company that makes the Jetson bikes is totally irresponsible!!!!!! I am going to sell my bike and purchase a bike from another company; For such a company to have no customer service for 4 to six weeks is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!! I RECOMMEND CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY FRIM THIS MANUFACTURER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review from Johnny S

So far we are very happy with our Jetson Electric Bikes. Very affordable, light weight, and easy and comfortable to ride. We have only had them for a couple of weeks, we took them on an 8 mile trip and the batteries held up very well.Review from Steve B

If given the option, I'd provide 0 stars. Simply put: this product ***** and this company *****.My kids were gifted two scooters by their grandparents. Within 30 minutes both scooters lost a bolt that necessary to lock/unlock the handle. There is no information on the website, in the owners manual, or online about the part size, dimensions, or how to replace. I used the chatbot on the site and was connected to a live person. They provided part dimensions that do not exist and referred me to websites overseas that specialize in eScooters (which is not what I'm looking for). I told them those part sizes don't exist and they told me I needed a receipt to submit a warranty claim. I asked if I could simply buy (instead of them replacing them free of charge) the two bolts I needed. They finally told me they were out of the part but then insisted if I had the receipt it might be covered under warranty. The other option was to get 10% off an entirely new product instead of the $2 part I needed. When I told them it was unacceptable for me to go look up receipt information if they admittedly didn't have the part anyway they ended the chat discussion abruptly.This company is a scam with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you need further proof, look at the average 1.3 rating out 5 others have given this company.Jetson Electric Bike LLC Response

This is not the kind of experience we strive to deliver.Jetson offers a our riders warranty policy that protects them in the unlikely event that there is a defect in the product that they purchased. Jetson takes safety very seriously: Before any of our products hit the road, we put them through extensive quality testing and comply with all industry regulations and standards. Were committed to addressing this situation and making things right.We work diligently with our riders to ensure that the claim process goes as smoothly as possible. In order to get our community riding as quickly as possible, we will ask clarifying questions as weve found that the vast majority of returns were due to incorrect usage, so its our goal to educate riders on best practices.To determine warranty eligibility part of our validation process includes requesting the device serial number, and/or receipt proof of purchase. In the absence of both, we do offer out of warranty support, which could include discounts on part or/full unit replacements depending upon availability. If our riders, like yourself noted do not wish to proceed with that option, we do offer third party alternatives recommended to us by Google.If you have specific questions, please contact via with your valid serial number and we will be happy to see determine your eligibility.Review from Krista R

Jetson= Zero star review. November 24 Ordered (2) hoverboards for kids for Christmas. Both would not work out of the box, no power and would not charge. Contacted Jetson on their website chat which was very aggravating no phone number is provided to contact them,I waited 3 hours to be connected with a real person. Then had to provide receipts for the hoverboards and video of them not working. Jetson then shipped me two new hoverboards and again out of the box only (1) worked so (1) out of (4) hoverboards worked! I contacted Jetson again and asked to speak to a manager, a week went by and no phone call from a manager. I contacted Jetson again because the only working hoverboard I now have dose not work! It will not turn off and constantly makes a loud continuous beeping sound and moves around on it's own. I asked to speak to a manager again to try to recoup my costs into the (2) original hoverboards I originally bought. I received one phone call from a manager, he left a message and asked when to call again. January 24th I emailed him my number and so far no phone call back. I guess I am just out over $300 and now have (4) hoverboards that do not work and I now have to dispose of because of the lithium battery's.Jetson Electric Bike LLC Response

I did like their bike until I found out they have a serious mechanical issue which led me had a serious bike accident. When I rode it on a downhill road, the bike power suddenly shut off and wheels locked, I fell off my bike, my face first to the ground, and arms, hands, knees were badly bruised as well. I went to the emergency room, and got 3 stitches on my face, lost half teeth and I had to lay down for about 2 months.I contacted Jetson, they replied so slow. They dont offer the mechanical check, they said what they can do is offer me a voucher to exchange another bike. I checked their reviews and realized so many customers had the similar accident because of their mechanical issues.I want them to pay for my damages and recall this bike (Jetson Haze Electric Bike), I hope no more people getting injured with this bike.Jetson Electric Bike LLC Response

In addition, we obliged your request to have your Haze Bike assessed by our QA team, which is a common retail practice.We also offered you a replacement unit in the form of a gift card so that you could select an item of your choice.
