    We ordered a dining room set back in October/November of 2022 from 1stop bedrooms. We ordered a dining room table and 6 chairs. The initial delivery came and we only received 2 chairs and the table. I called and told them and they said that they would send the rest within a couple of weeks. I only received 2 more chairs after that. I called them and complained. They said that they would reorder the last 3 chairs. I waited a couple more weeks and called them and they told me the manufacturer quit making this particular piece and that I could use store credit to get something else. I told them that I didnt want a mismatched dining room set and that I would like for them to pick up the incomplete set and refund me. They refuse to and say its against their policy. They said if I didnt make a formal complaint within 30 days of delivery, then they couldnt refund me. The problem with that is they never delivered the whole set and so I waited to receive all the items and of course I waited longer than 30 days because they said they would deliver it all the first 2 times I made a verbal complaint. The chairs cost $175 a piece. They owe us $350. But I would rather them take all the chairs and refund us the $1050 that we spent on them because we dont want an incomplete dining room set. They have been so rude and neglectful about this situation and I dont know what else to do.

    The delivery company continues to tell me almost daily  that they have not received the necessary paperwork from 1stopbedrooms and 1stopbedrooms tell me they have sent it. Neither company will get on a 3 way call or email chain to resolve the communication issue. Instead they blame each other to get me off the phone. This is so unprofessional and theft in my opinion. I have paid for furniture and do not have it. We are well past months of the agreed upon shipping times.

    Order #******* On Dec 18, I order sleepersofa sectional. I was told it would be shipped on or before Jan 5. I received an email on Jan 3 for me to call for address verification. Jan 5th passed, no email saying the sofa was shipped. I contacted 1stopbedroom on the 9th and 13th and was told, they still was in process of finding a furniture store to ship it to. I contacted them on the 16th, they still was trying to find a store to ship it to. So I told them to cancel my order, I no longer want the sofa. I was transfer the a guy name Coby. Coby said the sofa was shipped on the 5th of Jan and he can't cancel the order. I asked him for the tracking number, was told there was no track number. I contacted them again on 18th now they have the order on hold. I received an email on the 26th of Jan saying the order was shipped. I don't want the sofa. I want my money back. Today is Feb 5, I still havent received the sofa, no call to setup or to deliver the sofa. This company is a scam. It has two names, Payless Furniture and 1StopBedroom. I would like all my money refunded back.

     I refuse the delivery, first they was suppose to contact me and schedule a delivery date and time. Which I was never contacted by the delivery company. I contacted ************ and requested for my  order to be cancel on the 14th and the 16th of January, and was told by **** that my order was shipped on the 5th of January and he couldn't cancel it. That was a lie. The order was shipped out on the 26th of January. Second I was told that because my account is on hold, that nothing was going to be shipped anyway, which was fune because as of the 16th of January,  I no longer wanted the sofa. I just want my money back. All my money this company is a scam, they lie, and they don't keep they're part of agreements. They owe me $1042.66. I would like for them to send me all of it back. I am not paying them no restock fees, no shipping fees, and no return fees.

    I purchased a bed on September 11th, 2022 expecting it to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. The bed was backordered and pushed out to a delivery and installation date of October 25th, 2022. I got rid of my bedroom the day before install to have my room clear. I was notified the head board was lost and to call to get a replacement. I called and was told it would be escalated and resolved within 48 hours. That never happened, so I requested to cancel and was notified of fees that shouldn't apply due to the situation, and should be refunded fully.

    When I ordered online the amount was $3,742 with free delivery. Once they processed the order they added delivery and other stuff bringing the total to $4,246. I was never notifed of the additional charges and I didn't authorize any additional charges. They do not answer or respond.

     It took me filing a complaint with my bank for the business to issue a refund.  They should not be allowed to conduct business charinging amounts that were not approved and steal people's money then not offer a refund until you dispute the transaction with your bank.  They are theifs.

    I ordered 2 WHITE sofas for my brand new home on 4/20/22. The cost was $4301.71 for the 2 sofas and a additional price of over $500 for the battery to operate the sofas and the warranty. The sofas took over a month to arrive. The sofas were not taken out of the box by the delivery guys. I open 1 box a week or so later to view the sofa and it was not white!!!! It was beige or bone color. I did not order that color. I contact ************ immediately to let them know I needed to return the sofa's. They told me to upload pictures and tracking info on the delivery boxes. It has been over 2 weeks and 10 phone calls and I have not received a return label. My dispute is that the sofa's are not the color I ordered on their website (WHITE), they are light *****. I have not received any response from them about returning the sofas. My ID# ******* delivered to *********************************
