    ************! Not endorsed by the BBB. Being sued by the Attorney General of ********. I was told my order would ship the day after placing the order and arrive to the local carrier within 48 hours. After waiting a full week without any movement on the order I called to inquire. The direct extension given to me was invalid. To summarize the next 3 weeks I contacted customer service 8 times between 4/2-4/30. I was given multiple different stories as to why my order hadn't shipped. When I finally requested a cancellation on 4/25 I was offered $50 to wait. I said no, cancel the order. I was then contacted and offered $150 to wait to which I, again, said no. I did not receive any cancellation notification, so when I called 4/30 to inquire on the cancellation I was told the order was "on the truck" and could not be cancelled. I was then transferred from customer service to the "cancellation ***** who then transferred me back to customer service to which I requested to speak to a manager and was then placed on an exorbitantly long hold before hanging up. I then responded to the email thread between myself and customer service requesting a phone call to discuss this situation. I then called my credit card company to dispute the charge. While on the phone with my ********** I received an email response "reassuring" me that they were processing the cancellation. I then responded by saying I didn't ask for an email response, I asked for a phone call. I explained that I was disgusted with the company, that I had disputed the charge with my **********, and that I would also seek legal action if necessary. Within minutes my order status online changed to a cancellation status. As of now, I'm not confident I will receive my money back. But I will be following this carefully and contact a lawyer when necessary. I am not going to let this company steal over $2000 from me. And I won't be surprised if I never see this review posted publicly.

    Awful! Damaged and many calls and no solution to the problem. Sitting in box in my bedroom! Will not pick up or give credit!

    I wish you could give negative stars. This company is your best friend until you figure out that they are full of lies. ***** after delay after delay. Obscene return policy. Rude unprofessional. Stop communicating with me at a certain point. New York State attorney is suing for criminal practices. I did join that list. I encourage other people to do the same. Due to their insane return/cancelation policy I was forced to keep furniture that came seven weeks late.

    ******** services is great until something is wrong. Then very passive and rude. If furniture comes messed up you dont get the option to have new piece delivered it has to be fixed and if the repair place keeps missing appointments and making you take days off work then its your fault. I know the prices are good but you run the risk of quality service in the end.

    Horrible!!! Do not buy!!! Criminal!!!No returns!!!! If you want to exchange or return, they want to charge more in shipping and restocking than what the items cost.If anything is damaged they will not replace, they want to repair and call it good. On NEW merchandise..

    I would rate this business as negative 100 stars if I could. All of these 5 star reviews have to be fake or the paid reviews.Stay away from 1Stopbedrooms. The prices may seem good but the headaches when receiving damaged furniture is not worth it. Been dealing with this awful retailer on fixing defective / damaged furniture to no success. They wont replace the damaged furniture and they wont let us return it either. All that was offered was a minimal discount and then some fixes eventually which we didnt want. Now we are stuck with this furniture and out thousands of dollars. Get your furniture from a reputable retailer and not this low class retailer. Also note that NY Attorney General is suing this retailer for Cheating Hundreds of ***************** it). I will definitely be adding my name to the class action suit.

    Had products that would be taken 6-8 weeks at other places. Couch arrived and was set up 3 weeks after ordered. Wonderful experience!
