5 starsI received my beautiful dresser on 09/17/24 .I had been searching for a dresser that had been discontinued from ******’s furniture that was part of my bedroom set. As I did my research , I came across sohomod and they had it in stock.The service provided was extremely punctual and professional. 1 starTerrible customer service no communication at all ordered furniture weeks and weeks ago they said my furniture is on a broken down truck in **** for over a week.we live in ********This business is a total scam never again would we purchase anything . Hi *****,We are very sorry for the delay with your delivery. Your order was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, August 21st, but unfortunately, the truck carrying your shipment broke down on its route from ********** to ******* and back.We encountered an issue with the fuel pump, which required parts that took four days to arrive, with an additional delay over the weekend. While the driver was ready to resume the journey, the repair process took longer than anticipated due to factors beyond our control.We have fully refunded the shipping charges and provided compensation for the delay. Your order was delivered six days later than originally planned. We have records of four live chat communications and several phone calls regarding this matter.Please be assured that we did everything possible to expedite the delivery and resolve the situation. We are committed to providing excellent service and have no intention of causing any inconvenience.We don't see any reason to label our business as a total scam, as we responded to your calls, chats, and emails. The delivery ******************* was excellent and he mounted the mirror on the dresser for us. We have 2 additional pieces coming that were on backorder.
