    If youre anything like me you need help getting caught up with the 21 st century. I was extremely lucky finding Logura. My project manager ***** ****** is amazing! I describe to him what I wanted my company logo to look like and the very next day I had 3 awesome designs to choose from the next day. Because ***** and Logura did such an awesome job with logo I went with them to build website instead of going with local company. Even though they are across the country from me ***** ****** customers service and communication makes me feel like Logura is a local company. ***** and his team absolutely crushed my website design making my competitions websites look amateur. They even finished ahead of schedule. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and looking forward doing more business with Logura and ***** ****** in the future.

    Terrible experience with Logura! The whole time I was trying to get them to understand the perfect logo for my business **** was harassing me about purchasing products I am not interested in. It was so bad I settled on a logo I did not like just to severe ties with him. I paid $399 for a logo that they couldnt even get right because they were so focused on selling me other products they were not focused on what I was telling them about my logo changes. Worst customer service ever!

    Worked with *********************** at Logura over quite a few weeks. It took several drafts but we were able to get our logo design finalized and all of th versions promised in the package that we purchased. I appreciate that ***** was responsive and was the only person working me with on our project.

    You will be better off with some free generative AI service + something like Inkscape to tweak your designs. Logura designs very much look like AI generated or at least they use that as a baseline. Nothing creative and definitely not worth the money.Logura definitely does not deliver on time. Every "revision" takes ***** hours. I gave up on explaining my requirements after 4 revisions. I settled on a rough outline (just because of frustration) and used Inkscape to complete my logo design. Despite my telling them about a client visit and needing the business card completed by a certain date week after signing the contract, they failed to meet the deadline and completely ignored the ask.The requirements/google forms I submitted initially is useless. I had to repeat it all over again at every step of the design - logo design as well as business card design.Logura designers do not understand requirements, business nor culture. Based on the timing they work, I think they are based out of ************The project manager understands English but requirements communicated through the project manager did not translate to the design.The project manager tried to up/cross sell me other packages and once I showed dis-interest in upsell, the engagement just dropped. I had to chase through text messages every day.

    I paid for them to design a logo for my business after looking at their vast portfolio of beautiful works of art they claimed were their logos. There is just no way. They redid it 3 times and all 3 were some text and some clip art not at all how they portray it. If you just need a cheap logo anyone can make this will work fine but you could also find this free on the internet.I would not recommend.

    Scammers!!!!!! They built me a website. Within the year it crashed 5 times. I contacted them yesterday, they did not fix it and Im at a company event now with no website. No one is responding. Every time I call they ignore my call. They are looking at hefty suit as this has affected my business terribly. ****** is trying to find a contact now, please let me know if you know the owner my lawyer can reach .
