      Edison Home Health Agency has taken out a life insurance policy on me with a company called ********************** of ********. In the policy it states that I have began employment with Edison Home on 7/1/2024, at 17.5 hours per week. There is also a digital signature, all of which I have not and do not consent to. I am NOT employed with said agency. My concern is Edison Home Health Agency is fraudulently acquiring life insurance policies on me and others without our consent, and not employed with the company.

      Hello, Edison Home Healthcare was the payee to my employees for my care. From the very beginning it was a terrible experience dealing with them. They bill my insurance to pay out my staff. They gave two of my staff members the ok to start working then told them they did not have an authorization from insurance to start working. I ended paying the staff out of my own pocket. I have **************** which covers 3 months of back medical bills. I need Edison Home Health Care to give my insurance company a retro Authorization for the dates I paid my staff out of pocket before the authorization was in place. They have refused on multiple occasions which is hindering my ability to afford to live. Im on disability, a fixed income, with no means of going out and making more money then my allotted monthly amount.
