  After being a customer for more than a year, after ****************** reviewing this company and talking to a representative and asked specific questions about their coverage on appliances and the depth of the coverage, I asked point blank and lied to just to get my business. I asked specifically if on fridgerators if ice makers and compressers where covered and was told yes they are covered.I ended up putting in a claim for my refridgerator and was told they don't cover compressers and denied my claim.So I'm out of luck and having to pay for a new refrigerator out of my pocket. I do not recommend this company and will pass the word on how bad they really are.

  Incompetent business with typical ******** wannabe "tough guy" attitudes. Initial salesperson I spoke with stated "if we can't fix it, we'll replace it", "if its anything mechanical, we fix it, no questions asked" Obviously that is too good to be true so when I gave examples of random issues, it was "no problem, bro!, it'll be covered". Well guess what, when my a/c went out and the blower motor stopped working, it turned out to be untrue as the claim was denied because of "how old the A/C unit looked in the picture from the technician" which obviously had nothing to do with the mechanical blower motor in the heating unit. I showed them in their policy package, which was never sent until I requested it three times, where they were incorrect, and they still denied the claim and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I decided to cancel with them in November and still have not received the refund check as of today, four months later. I sent 23 emails to their inbox they say to contact, with no response. Anytime I would call for the status of thew refund it was "being processed" and could take **** days, then **** days, then **** days, then **** days as it changed with every person I spoke with. Even though I spoke with the same three people every time, they acted like they had no clue what was going on. I contacted the State *********************** and one of the representatives stated, "this company doesn't like when the State *********************** is contacted and now the lawyers are going to hold your check until they decide to respond". Yet when I asked to speak to the legal department, the **** the *** the manager, they refused to transfer you. Regardless, this company is a bunch of crooks with no management skills or oversight apparently. Stay far away from them. I hope someone from the company reads these reviews and dares to challenge what I'm saying because I have names, dates, phone conversations to back everything. Bunch of clowns that scam people!

  This policy is an unbelievable scam. Within the fine print of the agreement, they require you to have *********************************************** your home that you wish to have serviced. If you can't provide that, the maximum you will receive back is $150 (less the deductible). And they will use that every single time and try to blame "the underwriter" - even though their policy itself makes it clear that it's an in-house decision. Their salespeople are smooth, but once you're in, receiving any sort of support is all but impossible. Found this out the hard way, but hoping this review can keep others from making a similar mistake and throwing good money toward this terrible company.

  I been with first Home Warranty February 12 of 2022 I first made my request pair for my dishwasher they came,look at it the man wrote his report I payed in ***** he never send the report in .. I have while for them to call me to let me know if it is warranty or not had to call them have them telling me that its not warranty and they were gonna give paper to fill out to send money that they couldnt fix.. I filled out the paper on December 8 of 2022 now this is January 24, 2023 theyre holding my money hostage. They said that they were going to send me a check they never came in the mail I called again n again to see where the check is at they were playing games Now they say they were going to cancel the check to have it directly Deposit into my banking account, this company is such a fraud. I want my money back into my bank account soon as possible. This Company needed to be shut down immediately theyre taking peoples money and not doing what they say they were going to do..
