Very Shady-- I overpaid by about 5k!!! I'm adding 1 star because there isn't an option to review with zero stars. To start, the company did not prepare us to pre-bag anything, they expected us to know what to expect. Because of this there was literally 15% of the trash not collected. They also ended up trashing jewelry and other valuables, including the majority of my grandfather's clothing. If i were to book a medical procedure I would've been given instructions on how to prepare before the procedure, this is a business standard, but not these folks there wasn't any preparation.They could've also done the job in 2 days and decided to work only one day and making them rush at the end of the night missing crucial trash.They quoted my low income family for 15k then we negotiated down to 9k, this seemed very suspect to me because that is a MAJOR price reduction, like the work was not worth that much.I then asked how much they can finish the job for and the quoted me *****!!!!! I was livid. I decided to get a price comparison with ************ and compared to their prices it turns out I still overpaid by about 5k!!!!!!! Please compare pricing and do not make the same mistake I made.
