    am filing a complaint against a locksmith business named iLocksmiths, located at *****************************************************************************I paid $159 to have a car key made based on the *** number of my vehicle. I am the legal owner of the car and have both the title and registration in my name. The company created a physical key based on this information.However, the key does not open any doors, nor does it start the vehicle. I later discovered that the locks in the car had likely been replaced before I bought it. While I understand this technical issue, iLocksmiths never warned me that the ***-based key might not work due to replaced locks and still took my full payment.When I contacted them for a refund, they refused, saying:We provided the *** key information. The problem is your lock.This is unfair. I am not a locksmith they are professionals, and should have advised me of this possibility before taking money. I did not pay $159 for a key that does nothing.I respectfully request a full or partial refund. If not resolved, I am prepared to take this matter further.Sincerely,Bekhzod Amirbekov ??     n July 13, 2025 the costumer had walked into the shop explaining he couldnt get into his car. He stated his vehicle battery had died and his emergency key blade was not cut in order to unlock the vehicle.

    The client then requested to have his emergency key blade cut by the *** number of his vehicle since he wasnt able to drive the car to the shop and refused to want a locksmith technician to go to him for an additional charge to observe and assist in the matter accordingly. He then proceeded to ask if the key cut will work if we cut it by the vin#, we explained that it will work as long as the original locks were not changed. He then agreed and requested to proceed with the transaction. We have a return/refund policy by the register where we collect payment.

    After the client had left the premises, he texted us stating that the keys do not work and that the previous owner of the vehicle had changed the locks on the car. We then offered to try making him an additional key the following day just to be sure there wasnt any error. He came to make another key free of charge and the results were the same. 


    Also, in his BBB statement letter, he stated that he  paid **************************************************************************************************** the vehicle had likely been replaced.
    The client is clearly aware that he is in the wrong and that we are not liable for his technical issues.
    I am not sure why the costumer even sent me this because he clearly showed he is in the wrong.

    These words are actual lies,because i was offered for a for a locksmith technician ONLY AFTER i came back with non working keys. They didnt tell me anything,until i tried the keys,only when the keys didnt work. Only then i found out,its not refundable,they have a technician,all of this ONLY when they GOT the money.

    refused to want a locksmith technician to go to him for an additional charge to observe and assist in the matter accordingly.
