I expected better performance and a fulfilled agreement. They did not complete work they promised: locksmith who showed up to install my reinforced lock had agreed previously to install a set of door reinforcements (slap locks for inward swinging doors) of which I already own one and needed someone to install at least this one so I could feel safe again. He showed up with inappropriate tools and had to borrow mine to complete his job, his drill was overheating (smoke was already coming off) and about to cause a fire hazard (and he seemed unaware of the risk even when I pointed out), flirted with a neighbor while doing this work which was unprofessional given that you're in my building doing work and not personal time, when he was done he had again verbally promised he'd come back another day to install the slap locks, did not break down the hours charged in the invoice which seemed pretty overpriced and on top of everything this business ONLY takes cash (very suspicious) so it was very inconvenient to handle this payment. When I called back after not hearing back from him a few days later he said he would not perform any extra work and after more talks he said his boss was sending another professional to complete this job. It's been over a week and nobody contacted me yet.

Hi Gee This is the owner of iLocksmiths. Im the person who was communicating with you all the way from the first time you called. We completed the whole job according to the invoice. We dont charge per hour, we charge by the job. Now, Lets get detailed since you failed to mention a few key points: You inquired about a wide variety of electronic / magnetic locks for your location, 13 items to be exact. We provided you with a detailed invoice after we examined your site. The invoice included discounted pricing since you inquired about a bulk order. After you reviewed your invoice you decided to go with only 5 items out of the 13 items listed on the invoice, Therefor the discounted bulk price was no longer an option, yet WE MADE AN EXCEPTION AND STILL GAVE YOU THE DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR THOSE 5 ITEMS. so after all, please explain how we are over priced or dishonest if we provided you with a discount and with the exact service you requested, along with a detailed invoice that mentions all pricing and the payment method requirements before we ever started the job which you agreed to do. Again, we informed you of the job cost as well as the payment method BEFORE we started! Now lastly, lets summarize so we can be very clear here; you received an invoice of the 13 items, you chose only 5 items from the invoice. Got a discounted price although youre not eligible for a discount. You clearly stated that you want only the 5 items, we did exactly as you requested. At the end of the job, after all is completed and the technician left the premises. You call us and try to pull a fast one by telling us you purchased a Slap Lock (not purchased from us) and requested us to install it as a part of the job that was agreed on prior. Now, normally if we are still on ********** a minor install, we would make an exception, BUT you bought a part which we never spoke about or mentioned in the invoice and called us on a DIFFERENT DAY after the job is already completed, demanding us to send someone out to install a different lock after the previous job was long done and you want all of that for FREE ?!?! Sorry Gee, nothing is free in our establishment.Best Regards, iLocksmiths Brooklyn Management
