      Appliance Connection was the best priced location i could find my appliances. Even took the price from their site to my local Lowes and they said there was no way they could come close to there price which shows me that appliances connection is trying to help the people out more than themselves.

      This review is as much about Appliances Connection's delivery company as it is about Appliances Connection. AC uses AM Trucking in our area. They are worthless. From the time they picked up our dishwasher to the time it was delivered to our house was over two months. They had two no-show deliveries and there were no calls or communication from them either time. When you call to complain/reschedule they give you the runaround. My dishwasher also came with "white glove delivery" and "professional" installation. With white glove delivery, removal of new appliance packaging is included. My delivery guys refused to take the packaging. They reeked of weed and wore their outside boots all through our house. These were also the guys doing the "professional" installation. They carry no additional parts for even the most basic installation. I had to hire a real professional at additional cost to get our dishwasher installed. According to Appliances Connection, professional installation means if your delivery drivers can figure it out they might install your appliance. They are delivery people, not professional installers. Oh, and my dishwasher ($2000) did not come with a handle. So now we have to awkwardly open the dishwasher until a handle gets shipped to us. Judging from my experience so far, I might have the handle for our dishwashers first birthday. Our purchasing/delivery/installation experience has been so bad that I keep expecting *************************** to show up and tell us we've been Punk'd. Seriously, just find another retailer. You'll thank me later.

      Placed an order with Appliances Connection in March of 2022 for an entire suite of appliances. The fridge arrived in May, damaged. The replacement arrived in late June only to be the wrong size. While going through the original order I noticed that someone took it upon themselves to change the size from the originally ordered 32" to 36"...? There is a reason why a 32" was originally ordered, 36" will not fit in our kitchen. On top of it, through our own research, we came to find out that the black stainless steel fridge we ordered has been discontinued and was no longer available. Nobody from AC notified us of it, their solution was to change the fridge size on us.As for the remaining appliances, cooktop, oven, and a dishwasher, we were assured that those will be shipped as soon as available. I have been checking the order periodically and noticed that a number of items were available to ship for a time, only to disappear the next day, assume they were sold to someone else. Come September, 6 months after the original order was placed, I received an email notifying me that the order has been canceled by Appliances Connection. To this day, all the items (other than the fridge) are listed as In-stock on AC's website...?At the end of the whole experience, all we got from AC was Sorry about any inconvenience. I'd highly advise anyone in search of appliances to go elsewhere.

      This company is a FRAUD. I ordered what I expected to be a brand new griddle off of their website made specifically for my stove. Imagine my shock and surprise when I excitedly open the griddle box from Appliances Connection to find (new?!) bolt cutters in its place! My stomach dropped as I opened up a return request, knowing that it was going to be a long, hard journey getting my money back without them blaming me or taking accountability for their own error somehow. After almost 3 months of back and forth with customer support, as well as having them already state that the refund would be back in my account in 5-7 days, this case is still "under investigation." It is so obvious what happened here, yet their company fails to take any accountability or do a proper quick investigation. Someone had bought this same griddle and returned it for an unknown reason with the bolt cutters in place of the griddle. The warehouse received it but did not check the box's contents before scanning it and returning it to the shelf. Then this previously opened, used item was then sent to me as their next sucker. Dealing with them for a refund has been the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. There is no communication unless you ****** them for it. Prepare to be ignored and dismissed if you ever have to talk to customer support. Avoid this company at all costs!
