      The refrigerator I purchased was delivered damaged. I have asked since the day it was delivered to have it replaced or my money refunded. The delivery receipt even indicates the product was damaged which I have emailed to Appliance Connection. I have called and emailed now for almost two months to get this resolved. They are now saying if I want my money back I need to pay the delivery fee and a restocking fee. I am having the same problem every other person has mentioned with this business on BBB website

      STOP! DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR!I placed an order of ******* Washing machine from this place, for a whole week, they kept showing the shipping date is OCT. 10, 2023, on Oct 6, my credit card was charged, then on OCT. 10, they asked me to call, notified me the product has been discontinued, so I asked for a refund on OCT. 11, they told me the refund has been submitted, then on OCT. 12 my credit card showed a new charged from them for $27.35, what is that?Tried to call them for some reason the phone kept going silent.I have to call the credit card company to disputed these 2 transactions.Dont deal with this place if you want to have a peace of mind.

      I dont ever leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. Delivery was 17 days late. My speed queen ****** and dryer set arrived to my house damaged. We spent $5k on this set for it to arrive in the condition it came. **************** was the worst Ive ever experienced! We opened a damaged item ticket with them and I asked them to send a technician out to test if the damage impaired the functionality. They said they could not provide this service, so I hired a tech on my own and spent $800 for him to troubleshoot. The tech told me that it appeared they dropped them and they are damaged beyond repair. I have an invoice to prove it. At first customer service was responsive, but once I told them that the tech determined that the machines were broken, they went radio silent on me. I called them and they hung up on me. I left 5 back-to-back messages in the ticket and no response. At this point, we are left with 2 damaged appliances and $6k in the trash, and I cannot even get a hold of them! Worst business *** ever worked with. They are crooks!

      delivery the freezer compressor made noise, which I called the company to request service. From the time of that call to when service was provided was 2 months. They ended up replacing the freezer. Two weeks later the refrigerator stopped cooling. Once again, they finally sent out a repair person. I have been without a refrigerator for almost 3 months now I have gone back and forth with the company trying to get this resolved. For the most part, there is absolutely zero communication initiated on their end to me. Everything is me calling them trying to get information. Well, ** still waiting on the refrigerator which they finally agreed to replace two weeks ago and are saying that it will be another week and a half to two weeks before it should be delivered here. There is absolutely no way that I would purchase from this company again, and I highly recommend that you do not purchase from them either. I wish I would have done further research before making these purchases.

      Ordered a refrigerator, arrived defective. Appliance Connection made no effort to replace or send a replacement out. And would not pay for shipping to have item returned. Contacted fridge manf. and worked with them to get replacement. ********** attempted to contact Appliance connection only to have the phone continuedly get disconnected. All attempts to have this unit replaced are met with excuses. Frigidaire is stepping in to help get unit replaced. Worst experience with seller Appliance connection.

      I knew when I placed the order it would be a few weeks for delivery, not a problem then I received the email and text that my delivery would be on 08/31 between 4:00pm & 8:00 pm and I would get a phone call when the truck was 45 minutes out to which I did get a call but it was an hour later to say the truck was approximately 28 miles from my house and had broken down but they were trying to get a Penske truck and would call me back, needless to say I never got a call. I made 3 calls to the trucking company over the next few days and on the last call was told the truck was in ** which made no sense since the truck broke down in SC! The man I spoke to was rude non apologetic and just kept saying the truck was in ** and when I pressed him he told me it would be delivered on 09/13 but couldn't give a time of delivery. I contacted Appliances Connection to complain about the delivery service and to get some clarity as to when I would get my delivery and once again no concrete answer other than to say that they would email the trucking company and me. I did receive an email that I was cc'd on and this time was told it would be end of week or early the next week, I emailed back asking about the 09/13 date that I was given and no response. I finally receive an automated call on 09/11 that the delivery would be on 09/12 between 10:00am & 2:00pm and I did get an automated call when it was 45 minutes out. The delivery man came in on the side of my house with the appliances and set them in my laundry room, took pictures to show no damages and left. Later I find huge pile of Styrofoam stacked up on the side of my house! I called the company because online it says they remove the packaging, and the 1st explanation was the customer is required to keep packaging in case something is wrong with the appliance in order to ship it back but there was no boxes only Styrofoam then the 2nd excuse was that I had to pay for the white glove services which is not what their website says!

      Do not buy from this company, They will double charge you, I purchase a bundle of ******* Fridge,Dishwasher,Stove. They Charge my card twice for a products I haven't received, Then while trying to speak with someone I keep getting cut off, And while on hold they charge my card Again. So now they have triple charge my card. This is the worst company to dael with. Stay very far away from them.

      DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY My wife and I wanted ***** dishwasher for months. We finally decided to bite the bullet and spend 3K for a nice dishwasher and Appliances Connection said they had them in stock ready to ship. I thought it was odd, because they were backordered at most other dealers. We ordered the Dishwasher and it arrived horribly damaged. It looked like it fell off the truck with a massive dent crushing the side of the appliance. Completely unusable. Appliances Connection is refusing to return or refund. We are out $3,000 now and are pursuing legal action. This company is a FRAUD. Never order anything from them, they sell damaged products and will take your money.

      I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Appliances Connection over the 4th of July weekend 2023. They had a package deal with white glove delivery and installation at the time of delivery. I also paid an extra $30 to have them haul my old dishwasher away. On delivery day, they tried to put the dishwasher on my back patio (outside in the weather), but I caught the guy before he drove off and asked him about the white glove service and he had no idea what I was talking about. He finally agreed to wheel the dishwasher in my garage. When I called Appliances Connection, they admitted they messed up and dispatched the dishwasher to the wrong delivery company (who does not honor the white glove agreement). The customer service rep then told me to get my own installer and send them a copy of the bill and they would refund me.Then began countless calls and emails on my part following-up asking where the refund was, plus the $30 for the haul away of my old dishwasher (which never happened - I had to organize removal of the old dishwasher myself). I sent them a copy of the invoice from my install and they just kept telling me it was in approvals and they would call me back with an update - which never happened. They never called me - not once.Here we are August 10th, and they finally refunded the $30, but then told me they will only pay $150 as a refund for installation (since my handyman charged $200 they cannot pay the extra $50). Plus this customer service person, who was supposedly some kind of manager over there (****** maybe?), talked to me like I was in the wrong and suggested the customer service rep who told me they would refund me could Zelle me the extra $50 himself. Very unprofessional.When I said maybe I should contact my attorney and the BBB to get this resolved, this guy told me to go ahead and good luck. Dont order from this company - save yourself the headache, they dont stand by their agreements and clearly dont care about their customers.

      I purchased a ******* refrigerator. The description is wrong on Appliances Connection website. The description notes it comes with an internal water dispenser and this is not the case. When I looked up the description of the fridge to research this problem, I found out that every retailer had the fridge priced at $1000 less! This includes the big box retailers like *********** Lowes, and ******* had the fridge for $1000 less. I found this out the day the fridge came into my home. I called Appliances Connection immediately. They refused any price adjustment. I asked to speak to a manager and was routed to one. He was rude and made me feel small. He also refused to offer any price adjustment. I could see if I had the fridge for a while, but again this was the day it arrived. Also, we are not speaking of a small amount this is a huge discrepancy in pricing vs. the other retailers. To add insult to injury, within two weeks Appliances connection had also dropped the price.
