I made five different purchases with the owner of Considering Rehab. I received 1/5 items. She consistently said they were going to be shipped and in December 2022. I received a response from her saying that I would be refunded $555 for the items I tried to purchase. I along with several others never received our items. ******, the owner, has scammed us all and Im sure the total is well over 15k. All items I purchased were vintage consignment pieces such as a Louis ******* green vernis bag and a ***** x *************** bag with the tassels. I dont have hope that Ill ever see my money again but dont want this to keep happening to others. Please help with this matter.

Purchased a good in Jan ********************************************************************************************** Apr 2023, to which I would receive very impersonal, scripted responses without information detailing the refund process. In July 2023, the seller offered her contact information (email and phone) and has never responded to ongoing inquiries sent to both her email and phone number.

***********************, otherwise referred to as Considering Rehab LLC (merchant) initially started selling items on her personal Instagram (***************) through her story where she would provide vintage items to consumers at a discounted price due to the time it would take to get to the customer. ***** advertised that orders could take 4-6 weeks to arrive to consumer. After my order, ***** transitioned to a business Instagram page (********************) around December 8, 2022 (when the *** was filed) that she told consumers to contact in regard to their orders. On August 30, 2022, buyer entered into a contract for the sale of 3 vintage Louis ******* handbags from *****. Each of the bags were $120.00 each. Payment was sent through Cash App, at the request of *****. After months of not receiving the items, ***** contacted ***** and she provided Buyer with the option of "reselling" my items or getting a refund. Initially, ***** decided to "resell" her items which entailed allowing the item to be posted by ***** and receiving a refund when another consumer bought the item. ***** then decided to just cancel her order altogether. On November 26, 2022, ***** agreed to cancel the order and issue ***** a refund. It is now May 28, 2022, and ***** has yet to receive a refund. *****'s efforts to contact ***** through her personal or business page have been futile. ***** has not received the money that she is entitled to. ***** has messaged both the personal and business Instagram pages where she was told she would be receiving a refund multiple times and has yet to receive it. ***** sent a demand letter for money owed to the ***'s address and received no response. ***** requested a refund through Cash App and received no response. The reckless disregard for the business's consumers is egregious. Buyer has attached all documentation including text messages, direct messages via Instagram, and the Cash App transactions.
