    I placed an order with Posh Shoppe on [October 13, 2024], expecting delivery within a few days. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive until [December 22, 2024], over two months later. Upon receiving the item, I found it to be of poor quality, with a damaged zipper.I returned the product on [January 6, 2025], with *** confirming delivery to Posh Shoppes facility. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email and phone, I have received no communication or refund as of [February 16, 2025].This experience has been highly disappointing, and I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchases from Posh Shoppe.

    I ordered a suit from them on November 15, 2023. I have not received any communication about my order but I received a a gift card. The item is showing out if stock and no one is answering my emails. I do not want a gift card. If the item is out of stock, they should communicate that and return my money!!

    I purchased a suit on September 7, 2023, I did not receive the suit until November 22, 2023. I received the suit and tried to exchange it for size and the website said I was out of the exchange window. WHAT????? I received my suit over two months late because the website said it would be sent out by the end of September and I didn't receive it till November. I will/would never spend my money with them ever again. Their customer service is terrible. They don't reply to inquiries. You got me once, shame on you, get me twice, shame on you. The lack of communication and professionalism, I had to share and worn others.

    Absolutely Horrific, disrespectful customer service from a clothing boutique whose clothing somewhat looks the part of professionalism. I can't say the same for its owner and staff. I have truly been disrespected and have screenshots of the unprofessional dialog via dm from their business account to prove it! This company ships their items out behind schedule, and they do not Deliver on the posted delivery date. They constantly blame every late delivery on the post office. Saying that it's the post office fault about not scanning in the packages on time which are lies!!! When you call the post office with the track number, or go by your local post office branch, they will tell you that the item has not been scanned in because it has not been brought to the post off by the store. Go to their Instagram account and look under their replies to their customers who complain about slow Delivery. They blame it on the post office, or ask you to dm/email them. I followed all protocols, and when ignored, then I complained under their posts, then they proceeded to defend them selves publicly under posts, by was nasty and nonchalant in the dm. I have the screenshots to prove it. Also, they told me that I couldn't order from them anymore. Sweet Pea, I don't want too, and I will warn others as well.

    The clothes look nothing like the photos on the page. I definitely got paid and this company had the audacity to try and offer me a gift card. This was my first and def my last time ever shopping with this company. What makes them think Im going to shop there again. *** asked them for the address multiple times to ship the item back to them and they wont respond to that. I opened up a dispute with my bank since the company doesnt want to give me my money back! Do not shop with this trash ?? company! And kudos to those whose items actually looked like the photos on the website ??

    If there was an option for no stars I would choose it. Horrible customer service. No one responds to your email--you get this automated response "Thank you so much for reaching out! We received your message and will aim to get back to you within 24 hours! Just know that your happiness is our priority and we'll talk to you soon!" but no one ever gets in touch with you. I ordered a pants suit, arrived 3 weeks later and was small. I returned it and was told they only offer store credit. I waited for 3 weeks for the store credit and decided to order a replacement dress because time was running out. After I ordered the replacement outfit the credit was sent but I had already paid for the second outfit. It's been almost 3 weeks since I ordered the replacement dress and all I get is the above-mentioned response and empty promises. I contacted them so much that I guess they got tired of me and offered me a $25 credit for my trouble. I declined. I just want my dress and then to be done with this company. Order at your own risk.

    Be VERY careful. I ordered and outfit and DID NOT receive the one pictured. Wanted the outfit pictured (cute pastel print with a blazer and jogger pant) received blazer with a WIDE leg pant - NOT THE ONE IN THE PICTURE THAT I ORDERED. THEN was given ************ credit - be VERY careful and do not just read feedback on website.
