    Purchased Curtains online on Dec 3 2024 Confirmation email showed the shipping address as ****************************** rather then the billing address of ******************************** I attempted to call the next day the number shown on their website which unbelievably is out of service I attempted multiple time to contact them online with no response I attempted to contact them via ******** no response They then sent me an email that the product was to shipped I tried everyway explained above over and over with no success I then received the notice the item was delivered to the wrong address Im now out of $164 with no product

    I purchased a pair of light filtering curtain panels from the ShopDecorator website and was charged for said purchase on 9/8/22 in the amount of $76.95. I was sent no tracking information nor was I was advised of any anticipated shipping delays and standard shipping was to be "up to 5 business days" per my order confirmation. I e-mailed ShopDecorator on 9/25/22 (no response) and again on 9/27/22 for an update. I did receive an e-mail reply on 9/28/22 stating they were dealing with a "warehouse situation" at that time and offering me a 10% discount on my next order. I have attempted to reach ShopDecorator by phone several times but each time get a recording stating they are "unavailable." I e-mailed ShopDecorator again on 10/9/22 and on 10/10/2022 for delivery update information and have received no response. I have also attempted to reach ShopDecorator via online "chat" twice and neither time did I receive any response. At this point, I either want the curtains I ordered delivered or I want a full refund of my money immediately, so that I can purchase curtains elsewhere.
