    I've been apprehensive to purchase these curtains because they seem a bit pricey. Considering the cost, I essentially waited for about a year before saying, "Got to buy them," but I eventually did. As I usually say to all the curtains I purchase, texture and quality are what matter to me, regardless of cost. Extremely happy. I'm eager to display them in my living room. They must be cleaned in cold water and dried on a low setting using gentle.

    Ordered 2 curtain panels on 5/2, it is now 5/26 with no curtains (even though 2-day shipping is promised on their website). I was informed the week after ordering that the desired panels were not available any longer and an alternative panel was offered (seems to be the pattern with other reviews). I called/emailed 8 times with no answer/response as to when the desired panels would be restocked. Once finally reaching a very questionable representative via phone to discuss my order, I was instructed that the alternative panels agreed upon would be shipping that day. It is now a week later after the item supposedly "shipped" and yet *** has still not received the item for shipment. I have filed a dispute with my bank and again tried to send another email to the supplier. In the end, this company is very much a scam and not a reputable supplier.

    If anyone is having issues with receiving callbacks about your order inquiries, cal* ************* This was the only number that someone actually picked up. I too, never received my order. I followed up via email, chat, phone and even *********, and not one reply. After finally getting someone on the phone, I was told the product I ordered is no longer available. I canceled my order and they "said" they are issuing a refund. We'll see if that actually happens!

    i ordered curtains in mid- October to find out they were out of stock. They gave me an option to pick similar curtains or they could refund the large amount of money I spent.I tried numerous times to call ,e-mail, and instant message the company with zero response back.I am very upset about how bad their customer service is and how they can keep running the company the way they do. Very frustrating!!!!
