    I like their products at least from the catalog view. I ordered hundreds of dollars of items this christmas. The seasonal food item I ordered for family and specified Dec 18 delivery, did not arrive until January, and my family was not at home at that time. I called several times for some kind of compensation -- total waste of money, having perishables arrive almost 3 weeks late when there is no one to receive them and who wants christmas themed food after all the guests have left? I ordered a cooking experience for $90 that turned out to be a huge pain, both for me and the recipient. They scheduled the kit to arrive the DAY OF the zoom training/teaching. I was furious, the way deliveries are so unpredictable now, and the amount of back and forth was totally embarrassing. When I called customer service they apologized but it was clear there was no comping or making things right. They really don't care.

    I've ordered 3-4 times, have done 1 return for item too small/not as described. No issues w/ getting my $$ back. My family uses this site too and have never had any issues. I either chatted or called to return item, immediate response. Woukd recommend them.

    I purchased one item for christmas 2021. Today I was charged for their perks membership and my bank account was overdrawn and I got a bank fee. I have not logged on or browsed the website since 2021, so either they signed me up without my consent today or they signed me up without my consent in 2021 and I have been unknowingly paying fees since then. This is pure fraud.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!This place is terrible! They shipped to a totally different address in a totally different state when my address is clearly listed in my account and said well we didnt ship it there so its not our fault and theres nothing we can do! 100$ gone cuz they cant process ordered right and their customer service cannot care less!

    This company is beyond poor. I have been in contact with them today about a delivery issue and their HELP desk is a joke. They make delivery time promises they don't keep, attempt to deliver after hours and are impossible to get in contact with a live human. I would stay away from these people at all costs.

    I'm truly sorry for the frustration you've experienced with your order. We understand how disappointing it is when a delivery doesnt go as expected, especially when it becomes difficult to get real-time support.
    It looks like the carrier, Dragonfly, may have been the source of the communication challenges. While we dont have direct control over their operations, we always want to ensure our customers are taken care of. Our customer service team is available by phone at  ************ from 9 AM - 12 PM EST, seven days a week, and **** responded to all emails from the purchaser regarding this issue. While the carrier reported the package as delivered on December 18th, we didnt want you to be left without a resolution and issued a full refund as a result.
    We sincerely regret that this experience fell short of expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us. If there's anything else we can do to assist, please dont hesitate to reach out.

    I ordered a scripture watch band and when it finally arrived, it was not as the picture indicated. I contacted customer support and sent them pics as requested. They replied back that they did not want me to return the band and would give me credit towards a future purchase. I told them I did not want credit and wanted a full refund as their website states they will do. This was followed by an offer for a 30% refund followed by an offer for a 40% refund. I reminded them if their refund policy and they still refused to give me a full refund. I am now stuck with a watch band that I cannot give as a gift because it was made incorrectly and you cannot even read the scripture on it. I offered to return the watch band again but they do not want it either because they cannot sell it to anyone else! They have zero customer support and will never answer the phone number listed on their website. I would NEVER recommend purchasing anything from this company again. If I could leave a negative 0 star rating I would!

    This company should be banned from the Internet. Uncommon Goods signed me up for a membership I did not want. *** tried to cancel the membership three times unsuccessfully. I have tried to unsubscribe from their emails, also unsuccessfully. Uncommon Goods has said that my membership will auto renew and be charged. I do not want this. I have tried to cancel this and completely rid myself of Uncommon Goods, unsuccessfully.None of their unsubscribe or cancel features work. Uncommon Goods creates unwanted memberships, and then makes it impossible to cancel them. From my perspective, this borders on fraud.

    I attempted to cancel an order per their website policy within less than 1 minute of placing the order. This company refused to cancel my order despite multiple attempts. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST business I have EVER dealt with. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. They took my money and sent me the product and refused to help. I AM NOT KIDDING. COMPLETELY AWFUL AND CRIMINAL. BBB Please consider giving them an "F" rating after a pattern of ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR towards MANY CUSTOMERS posting here and on other website reviews. THEY ARE CRIMINAL and SHOULD BE IN JAIL.

    Purchased an item on Black Friday. You would expect it could be labeled with a custom name and shipped before Christmas but its not the case what a waste of money when youd expect a company to be on top of this kind of thing. They also have no chat help whatsoever. There was nothing up front to also warn about long shipping times. Its just a Black Friday money grab
