    This management will not let go of a horrible door man named *****. He has harassed multiple of my guests, harassed me and others in the building multiple times, and has even screamed at me. This building would be so so incredible if ***** wasn't here. I'm not the only person he's harassed too it's awful.

    We lived at a Babad managed property and can say that they're completely old fashioned and unresponsive landlords. They lied about move in and move out fees (said there wasn't when there was) and are difficult to reach when we had problems with the unit. Once you do reach them they're short and rude. We also requested a walk through after our lease ended and they ignored our calls and emails. If you have a choice, definitely don't rent from them.
