This company charged me a fee for invalid account number/insufficient fees, but I have sent them proof that the account is valid and that there was money in the account at the time. But they are persistent on ignoring my phone calls, ignoring my emails and when they do decide to email me, they give me the run around. Ive been told by others using this company that this is very common that they charge people fees with Out their knowledge and ignore you when you Try to correct their mistakes. I have email emails from a senior associate giving me false information and then when I prove her wrong time and time again she just gives me a new excuse but now shes completely and totally ignored me altogether.Customer response

I am waiting for the lease transfer for January 1st as I am moving out of Brooklyn. The leasing office agreed to the lease transfer and sent me instruction that allows the new tenant to apply. The new tenant submitted everything and we've been waiting to hear back from the leasing office. Now the leasing office has stopped responding to my emails and calls in the past week. I would like the leasing office to send the lease transfer to the new tenant, terminate our current lease, and return our security deposit.Customer response
