We started an application for an apartment through this website. The broker ghosted us and left us hanging, meanwhile the website just ate our "application fee," even though we didn't even apply for the apartment. We have not been able to get in contact with anyone to get our $120 fee back. Extremely frustrating.

Recently rebranded to ********. Probably one of the unimpressive online tools I've was "forced" to use in a while. This company has insane fees. Providing very very little besides a free PDF editor which you can do yourself. Documents which are free to download online.Let me give you a break down on fees they charged. It's a 100$ to Start the application (Start Application Fee)then a 150$ to Finish the application (Application Processing Fee). They charge 150$ to do a credit check per application per adult. You can go to ton of different providers which cost less than 40$ to do. They don't even provide the credit report back to the tenants or the landlord. An additional 55$ digital submission fee. An additional app admin fee. (22.50$) Total: 627$So what are you getting for this 627$ charge? They showing you a online PDF reviewer -- think of the Preview App. They don't have any of the features of docusign. Please investigate.

I purchased electronic versions of documents needed for the sale of my *** coop apartment: the offering plan and all amendments. The company delivered only a couple of the almost 30 amendments. After chasing with many emails, the coop board delivered the rest of the amendments, but told me the offering plan does not exist in electronic form. (i.e. they are advertising something that doesn't exist)Initially, the company refunded my money, but close to the closing, they demanded that I pay them again. The coop board (who ultimately get most of the money) refused to close on my sale unless I paid. I was forced to comply, even though they agreed in email that the electronic version of the offering plan I paid for does not even exist. The realtor involved told me that this is a typical experience with BoardPackager. They take no responsibility for what they advertise and sell. And, because of their relationship with coop boards, they can extort money out of buyers and sellers.
