      I used their website to order my prescription contacts and paid for two day shipping. Got a confirmation my order was processed and waiting for delivery service to pick it up the very next day. Then after a week of not receiving it I attempted to contact them about it and they either do not accept calls or email me back saying they are closed. Which has been quite literally everyday since. I have still not received my order and can still not get ahold or in contact with anyone at the company to inquire or start a refund.

      I have ordered several pairs of glasses through EZcontacts. For the most part the experience has been good. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses for my daughter on September 15th (Order #*******) . The website noted that they were in stock, so my thought was I would receive them in 2 weeks at the most. After 2 weeks, I followed up since the status of the order did not change past 'order processing'. After numerous calls, chats, emails, I finally received a response that the glasses were on 'backorder'.....Why would your system say 'in stock, ready to ship' and the glasses are on backorder? Not one pair but both pair? even with this, I gave them a few more weeks and am still in the same predicament. Been over a month and still receiving the same runaround. They had no issue charging my credit card (actual charge, not a hold). The additional kicker - They tell me that the order is outside of the 30day return period. I guess you get what you pay for!

      I ordered prescription glasses on 8/30/22. I called two days later because I received no update by that time. I called both numbers on their website numerous times. I was on hold for a total of over an hour. Eventually I started to receive a message that the company can’t answer my call due to high call volume. 10/3/22, I started to reach out once again to cancel my order. The site has no cancellation procedures listed. The only option provided is to return the item at the customer’s expense. However, I never received the eyeglasses I ordered. I made the purchase 5 weeks ago and I haven’t been able to reach anyone from this “company”. I’m seeking a full refund. I will purchase glasses from a local office. The phone numbers listed and the numbers I called were ************* and *************. Please help me. I would like full refund. I also contacted my bank about this scam, and I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission. Thank you for any help BBB may be able to provide.

      I purchased some Oakley Sunglasses from them on July 11, 2021. Today I contacted Oakley to ask them if EZCONTACTS.COM was an authorized seller for Oakley and they stated that NO they are not. So I ordered the same glasses from Oakley that I had ordered from EZCONTACTS.COM and the difference is obvious. Oakley sent me a beautifully constructed set of sunglasses with perfectly engraved lenses. The ones from EZCONTACTS.COM are nowhere near the quality of the authentic Oakley sunglasses. I am looking to get a refund for the sunglasses I was sold from EZCONTACTS.COM as I know they are NOT AUTHENTIC! I will pursue a civil lawsuit if this is not addressed immediately.

      I ordered sunglasses from them on September 10. Tracking information states that **** is still awaiting item from them. It has said this the whole time. I contacted them to try and resolve the issue and got no where. When I followed up the next day, the message on the phone said that they could not take calls at this time. I have already filed a dispute with my bank.

      Ordered contacts in 7/26/22 explaining I had a home fire and my contacts and glasses burned up. I still havent received them although the money was already deducted from my account and I wait forever in phone jyst to be transferred then disconnected

      I placed my order on EZContacts.com on 7/26/2022 and paid $114.84 for a pair of Lady Burbank Ray-Ban sunglasses. Upon receiving the sunglasses, I noticed they felt very cheap- very different from pairs I have felt and tried on in stores such as Sunglass Hut. I also noticed that there were a couple of tiny scratches on the lens. I reached out to the customer service email provided by this business but have not received any sort of response. I would like to be refunded for this purchases since the sunglasses are very clearly not authentic. Thank you!

      I ordered 2 sunglasses with overnight shipping. For whatever reason, the glasses were shipped separately so they only used overnight shipping for the first one that shipped and regular shipping for the second even though I purchased overnight shipping for the whole order. I told them and they wouldnt refund me

      I ordered a pair of prescription glasses from easy contacts when they arrived I could not see properly out of them. So I returned them the return was received on July 5th I even got confirmation from a sales agent that the order was received July 5th. Today is August 3rd and I still have yet to receive a refund. I cannot get in contact with them by phone by chat. I've sent them at least 10 emails and chat requests I've called them eight times. I'm still not getting any response so giving me the runaround. They owe me close to $100

      Hi, I bought a pair of Oakley OO9257 Det Cord, order number #******* from EZcontacts, on Mach 2nd, 2022. They were finally delivered on June 11, 2022. When I try them, the left lens was blurry. The blur, upon close inspection, is due to stress mark in the glass. I have contact through their website and by email customer service. But it is taking sometimes to answer, and no one answer the phone when you all (I included the email exchange regarding update, signaling the problem upon reception) I was suppose to received a replacement lens as of June 22nd. Their website doesn't let me file a return. I have grown tired of waiting, so I am returning the glasses to their warehouse as of today, July 11, 2022. I expect a full refund on my card, and want to make sure it will be proceed.
