    I purchased a high-end watch from ********. Within a week, after taking it to a certified dealer for service, I was informed that the serial and model numbers on the watch do not match the manufacturers records.I reached out to ******** several times and spoke to multiple agents. Each promised a follow-up, but I have received no updates or resolution. This leads me to believe that Jomashop is selling watches that may be counterfeit or misrepresented, while charging full price.This has caused significant frustration, especially since this was intended to be my first high-end watch purchase. Instead of enjoying a legitimate timepiece, I feel deceived.I am requesting a full refund and an immediate investigation. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I plan to escalate the matter to consumer protection agencies and pursue further action.

    Buyer Warning - Fraudulent Return Practices Returned an unopened fragrance (Creed Absolu Aventus), which was approved with customer support. A week later I received the fragrance back, in an opened box with a completely different fragrance (Creed Green Irish Tweed) in it. Regardless of my thoroughly sending in pictures and going back and forth with customer support, they said their notes show that the bottle I returned was "chipped" and that they returned my original fragrance, which is both false and fraudulent. I am now stuck with an unwanted fragrance half the value of the original, that should have been fully refunded in the first place. Note that these two fragrance bottles look very similar which only confirms my suspicion of human error on their part. ****** dispute has been filed as well as ********** complaint, and I will never shop with ******** again.

    Ive had nothing but great experiences with jomashop. Especially about a customer service. This top notch, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional great company at great prices for high-end cologne and watches.

    Purchased Prada sunglasses intended for a basket at nonprofit fundraiser. Advertised as new. The glasses I recieved were NOT new in package, had no tags, and the cloth and sunglass box doesn't match the Prada sunglasses, not to mention the white on the logo appears fades. I'm so upset and when trying to return item, told I have to pay $13.95 to return an item that is not new as advertised and the product packaging is mismatched. Looking into sending them for authentication so that I can file formal complaint qith Jomashop.

    I ordered an item from Jomashop (Order #M408FVM2, $1380) that was shipped via **** and marked as Delivered. However, the item was never received by my freight forwarding warehouse in the ******* warehouse conducted a full internal investigation and issued an official signed letter confirming that the package was never received. I submitted this to Jomashop as requested.Instead of issuing a refund or investigating properly, Jomashop responded with an incredibly disrespectful and slanderous letter to my bank falsely accusing me of being a "***** scammer" and stating that I "lied", even though I had provided them with official documentation. I am a reputable customer and will not tolerate this kind of ************ this day, I have not received the item, nor a refund. I followed all instructions, provided all proof, and was treated with disrespect and arrogance.Avoid this company at all costs. If something goes wrong with your order, they will not help you they will attack you. Proof available upon request.

    Very unhappy with watch purchase. Within a month my watch would not keep time. It was a manual wind. Contacted the store and told them about issue. Only solution according to them was a repair. I explained that after spending money for what I was told would be a new watch I should receive a refund. They told me only repair was solution.

    Everything authentic ans thats what i strive for when buying online and ******** has not missed.. Now yes some orders take longer then others but when i was in doubt customer service helped me without any hesitation.

    Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Zero Respect for Customers I cannot overstate how angry and frustrated I am with Jomashop. I ordered two perfumes on August 14th. One shipped normally, but the second one was delayed. Because it was meant to be a time-sensitive gift, I specifically called on August 18th and paid an extra $14.99 for expedited 2-day shipping. Their agent confirmed it. I even called again before it shipped, and they confirmed AGAIN that it was set for expedited delivery.Guess what? They lied. They shipped it *** Ground anyway. The package was scheduled to arrive September 2nd, which made it completely useless for my deadline. I basically paid extra money for NOTHING. This is fraudulent and dishonest business practice.When I tried to fix this, I was bounced between clueless **** who had no authority, and a so-called supervisor named ***** who promised to call me back. He never did. Not once. I wasted HOURS on hold, being lied to, brushed off, and treated like my problem didnt matter. By the time it arrived, the gift occasion was ruined. Their only solution? A useless you can return it and a promise that maybe Id see my $14.99 back in 57 business days. Absolutely insulting.This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and has no respect for their customers time or money. They failed to deliver the service I paid for, they failed to communicate honestly, and they failed to take responsibility. I will NEVER shop with ******** again. If you value reliability, customer service, or basic human decencystay away.
