I don't know what's with the negative reviews. been using Jomashop for years now and I have been quite satisfied with their service. never a problem after at least 12 transactions over the last 3 years.Review from Sean M

Wish I could give them zero stars. Stay far away from this company. Tried to cancel an order I had placed only a few hours earlier. As soon as I asked for a cancellation, I almost instantly get a response saying cancellation wasnt possible because a shipping label had been created. They admitted the product hadnt been shipped and was still in their warehouse but because a label had been credited a cancellation wasnt possible.Scum of the earth greedy corporation at its finestReview from James K

I have purchased several watches from jomashop in the two hundred dollar range. I have been perfectly happy with all the purchases. Not sure if I would spend a thousand dollars on one due to reported warranty issues. But this is the grey market after all. I will be purchasing again.Review from Kiran T

Had to return a watch that was too big and the process was easy. I bought a replacement from Jomashop and their customer service helped me set it up over the phone. Very happy with the watch and the price.Review from Steven D

STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEF! I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND THEY SAID I DIDN'T RESPOND THEIR EMAIL WHEN I ACTUALLY DID. THEY WILL ALWAYS PUT A BLAME ON CUSTOMERS AND HANG UP WHEN THEY DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!Review from Charles M

Their warranty is non existent. I have bought a half dozen watches from Jomashop over the years. The one watch I needed warranty work done on they will not accept. They say that there is visible damage on the watch which there is not. The proof is in the pictures. The watch is pristine on the outside but the minute sub dial will not align properly. I have sent them more pictures in good quality light that prove without a doubt there is no physical damage, they have yet to respond. I do not want a new watch I just want it to function properly.Review from Arthur T

I bought a citizen promaster that's supposed to come in a scuba tank package never received it. I was charged 20$ after checkout for shipping.
