    Have ordered fragrances several times from ********. The products are always authentic and arrive securely packaged. They are always clear about products that are in-stock versus on backorder and provide shipping updates.

    If it were possible to leave "0" stars, I would. Ordered some cologne from ******** on March 19th. 6 days after it is scheduled to be delivered, I still have nothing to show for it. I am told to follow with a refund once the product arrives. However, the product is lost and won't arrive or was never shipped to begin with. Just **** poor customer service and plain ole' fraud (it would appear). Recommend shopping elsewhere.

    I am a first time customer Jomashop because I their prices were decent . I placed an order on Mar 22 last week . After reading on their site which stated orders will be ship within 1-3 business days. Yesterday made 3 official business days when I noticed I have not received any updates of my items being shipped so I decided to call them . So they told me they havent received my item yet once they receive it they will update shipping status . Well today I havent see any updates so I decided to call them again, they almost the same thing about them not receiving my item yet and the item will be mail/ship out next week theres nothing they can do it . So I asked the agent who I was speaking to if I can speak ti a supervisor she told me , No I couldnt speak to supervisor or someone else whos in charge. I feel their customer service representatives could do a better job accommodate us customers. Leaving this review while I wait for item to arrive next week.

    Jomashop.com has great prices and good customer service. I would recommend shopping from ******** for branded items. I would like ******** to reduce or eliminate the return shipping cost.

    ******** is really good. I've purchased quite a few fragrances from them at this point. Have considered purchasing a few watches as well. Shipping does not take very long. I've had positive and somewhat negative experiences with customer service. They remain my go to but I've recently found a couple other online shops that have often been more affordable. *** purchased from them and am satisfied with the experience. I now have a few go tos.

    I have been using Jomashop for over a decade - watches, more than 10 bought, sunglasses, too many to count as I buy it as gifts for friends and family and fragrances. Wait, I also both clothing and accessories, like hats. All in all, over 60 items purchased. Not a single one I had a problem with! Some were out of stock for some time, some I had to send back, armband did not fit for example, but I never had any issues. I just got 4 sunglasses delivered yesterday. This is my personal favorite retailer and will continue to do business with them.

    I am very disappointed once again, Jomashop after waiting weeks for my order and continually getting notifications saying error when it comes to shipping....it continues to pass each delivery date as if they are being dishonest and makes this company untrustworthy!!!!....this is my second time trying this company and I am highly disappointed!!! Would not recommend.. !!! I WANT MY PRODUCT!!******** *.
