Spoke to timepiece.com about a ******~ rolex I wanted to buy as a birthday present. Had them confirm it was in brand new condition, in the plastic, and with warranty card. They said watch / warranty card from july 2022. Watch came without warranty card, and watch didn't look like it's in factory plastic. I can't give this as a gift without those things. I filmed opening up the box so have it all on video because of the amount of this purchase. Going to cost me money to authenticate the watch and without a warranty card it's worth alot less and isn't giftable. I wouldn't have bought it if It didn't have a warranty card. Have the text messages and emails confirming it was with a warranty card so would like to know what's going on. So now unless they can produce a warranty card it's a very big problem for me and a really **********.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a pair Iof eyeglass frames. I selected Ground Shipping at $5.99. When they processed my order they charged me $50 for shipping. I have attempted to call them and no one answers (on hold for over one and a half hours). I attempted to email them with no response. When I click on the email where it indicates to check on the status of my order, it takes me to a page with no info on it. I do not want to pay the $50 shipping and have no way to stop this.Customer response
