  In this world of online buying, exceptional customer service is an important element. It really does long time to have one's telephone call answered. As someone has mentioned Timepiece must be connected with Jomashop because Jomashop had to fulfill my order. Timepiece told me my payment had been refused by my credit card company. I called *********** who confirmed that the payment was waiting to be made. So, I'm not saying that lying was involved but this is quite disconcerting.I decided to buy another watch from Timepiece and paid by using Paypal. Again, there was a holdup on fulfilling the purchase. But, Timepiece did the shipping rapidly because of the nightmare customer service. The watches seem to run properly, and hopefully they will do so for the length of the warranty period. So, I won't be shopping with Timepiece or Jomashop in the near future. I gave them 3 stars because the merchandise was excellent, but transactional fulfillment was subpar.

  Watch stopped working when sent in for warranty repair they falsely claimed there was mechanical damage which was completely false and repudiated by the service center I had to send the watch to. No response to inquiry and no recourse with this poorly run company.

  They had the exact model I was looking for at a great price. They shipped the same day I ordered and I received it 2 days later. The watch was authentic, in perfect condition with all tags, packaging, and manuals intact. I would definitely order from this business again.

  This place is a scam. They claim to have things in stock when they don't. Things say they will ship the next day but they won't.They say they don't charge you until things ship but they immediately put a charge on your card that's stuck indefinitely in pending while your money is unavailable. This is worst than them just charging you because you can't dispute a pending charge but still can't access the money.The cherry on top is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The lady who answered before I could even say a word was rude and sounded irritated to even have to do her job. She then proceeded to continuously cut me off and disregard anything I said and then finally hung up on me mid sentence.It's obvious doing some research online this place has a massive amount of negative reviews and complaints. I am still waiting to get my money back.

  I'm putting 5 stars so u see it first!Timepiece.com is really Jomashop. I was very upset when I looked on my statement and it said **** instead of timepiece. Scam part 1.Part 2. Ordered my watch tissot T-solar.It arrive in a very timely manner, I was stoked. I had to remove a couple of links so it would fit. I removed the packing and put it on. While trying to program I noticed the the the hour hand was stuck an hour fast and there was nothing I could do. I WAS SOLD A DEFECTIVE WATCH. I get it these things happen. So I requested a return slip which they charge you for BTW.Scam 3 I returned the watch. I had to call them to find out what happened to my watch only to find out that it was going to take weeks for them to even look at it. Now, I did read the print about damage and won't refund. However, I paid for a brand new watch and now I have to wait **** weeks to get a REFURBISHED one! They won't refund because there were scuff marks on the band and the links all parts are in the box. And the packaging I'm talking about the cellophane that goes around the box was missing.. "they can't restock" they said. Well, why would you it's defective... Yeah, I'm thinking legal action also.

  I ordered the Seiko self-winding watch for a lot less than I had expected and researched. The watch works flawlessly and arrived properly packaged and protected with a short time after ordering. I would definitely order from the again and highly recommend to others.
