      WE WERE GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION FOR US TO JOIN THEIR "PROGRAM" TO HELP PAY OFF CREDIT CARDS, WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES WOULD BE SENT A LETTER WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND FOR US NOT TO MAKE A PAYMENT TO THEM IN MEANTIME. MANUAL VALESQUEZ FAILED TO TELL US THAT IT NOT ONLY DOESNT TRUELY HAPPEN THAT FAST, BUT THAT IT ACTUALLY TAKES THEY 5-8 MONTHS BEFORE THEY MAKE ANY PAYMENTS ON OUR CREDIT CARDS. I CALLED ON 3/29 TO CANCEL IMMEDIATLY IN WHICH IWAS GIVEN THAT PROPER INFORAMTION. IT WAS ON A RECORDED LINE AND THE LADY APOLOGIZED AND SAID IN DEED I WAS GIVEN WRONG INFORATION AND THAT THERE WAS NO WAY WE COULD WAIT 6-8 MONTHS FOR OUR CARDS TO BE PAID ON. INSANITY. SHE SAID SHE CANCELLED THE ACCOUNT REQUEST AND THAT W WOULD BE RECEIVING A REFUND CHECK FOR THE INITIAL PAYMENT IF FOR SOME REASON IT WENT THROUGH. WE JUST CHECKED OUR BANK AND THEY HAVE PROCESSED 3 PAYMENTS AND I CALLED TODAY 5/09 AND SPOKE WITH A SUPERVISORY, KAREEMA IN NY, WHO SAID THEY DIDNT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT, SORRY AND THAT THEY CANNOT REFUND THE PAYMENTS THEY TOOK FROM US FRADULANTLY, AND THT WE NEED TO WAIT TILL THE MONEY HAS CLEARED THEIR BANK BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE PAYMENTS TODAY (AND ACCIDENTLY TOOK 2 PAYMENTS IN STEAD OF ONE- CONVIENENT). THEY SAID THEY CANNOT REFUND THE PAYMENT THEY FRADULATY TOOK ON 4/07 BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. SHE SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO RIGHT NOW AND THAT WE HAVE TO WAIT. THEY ARE HOPDING PEOPLE DONT NOTICE THIS IS BEING TAKEN OUT AND STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE. THEY ARE CLEARLY EARNING INTEREST ON THESE "MISTAKES" THEY KEEP MAKING AND PEOPLE ARE OUT THIS MONEY WHY WE HAVE TO WAIT. THE COMPANY SHOWING UP ON THE BANK IS CALLED GLOBAL HOLDINGS AND KAREEMA SAID SHE IS WITH ATLAS. SO THEY ARE USING MULTIPLE COMAPNY NAMES. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHT DOWN IMMEDIATLY AS THEY ARE PREYING ON PEOPLE IN HARD TIMES AND WANT TO PAY OFF DEBT OR CANNOT PAY THEIR DEBT WHILE THEN BEING DISHONEST IN THE TRANSACTION.

      I signed with this company in 5/21 only to have it turn into a nightmare. Not only has nothing been accomplished, they never corrected the accounts listed, took money out a month early which caused me overdraft fees, late fees on open accounts. The law firm I am signed with has done nothing to settle or contact my creditors. I have had to try to repair my credit myself. The program was not explained to me the way the program actually works. No one should have to go through what I have been through, with nothing positive to show for all the stress this has put on me. I am still trying to get some resolution from the law firm ******* *** ********** but my experience with them is not much better. I would like the to put some kind of explanation on my credit report.

      The reached out to me advising they would be able to help me consolidate my debt. They first identified themselves as **************, then I started receiving email communications and phone calls from them identifying themselves as Strategic consulting. They continued to spam me for several days even after i requested they revolve all my information from their system.

      After receiving information in the mail regarding pre approval for a consolidation loan from Bronco Partners I decided to contact them. On January 19, 2022 I called 833-938-2770 and I spoke with Ian R*****. He had all my credit card information and was able to tell me exactly how much money I was paying monthly. He told me they would be able to save me money have getting a reduced interest rate. I agreed and continued with the application process. He sent me a text message with a link from the number 856-230-7108. He told me that I qualified for 0% interest. He sent me an email from ir*****@strategicconsulting.com with a break down of the accounts that I was agreeing to consolidate with the understanding that those accounts would be closed. I agreed to those conditions. He said that they did not do any agreements over the phone and that he would need to contact me later to review the agreement and mail me a contract. He called me and emailed me at 12:30 and I was unable at that time. I returned his call at 12:50 to let him know that I was interested, but I was not at home. He asked to set up a time when I would be at home and I told him 3:00p.m. EST. He called at 2:56 saying that he had overbooked his appointments for that time. I told him I would make myself available around 6:30. I called at 6:39 and 6:40 left voice messages and emailed him. Ian R***** never returned either of my messages. I called and left a voice message and emailed again on January 20th and 21st and still have not heard from Ian R*****. I have tried every number on the Bronco Partners page and it goes right to voice mail and the strategic consulting numbers says it the call can not be completed at this time please try again later. I am very concerned that I have given access to my entire life to some scam business and I do not know what I should do. These companies (Bronco Partners and Strategic Consulting) and Ian R***** (if that's even his real name) need to be stopped.

      On January 25 at 3:02 and 3:03 I received a phone call from Strategic Consultant and no voicemail was left.  At 5:17 pm on the same day I called them back at the same number they contacted me and once again it went straight to voicemail.  I have received no other contact attempts from them.

      There will be zero future contact attempts made to this individual, it may take up to 24 hours for all communication to cease after removal of the information is input, that time has passed. Our system has cleared the customers information. The client is not enrolled in our program and no actions will be taken with their information or towards their creditors by the business.

      What legal action is being taken against this company and the employee for taking my social security number along with all of my account information and offering a service I never received? Strategic Consulting, LLC and Ian R***** are obtaining information from consumers who are trusting them to assist with their financial burden.  They are taking advantage of vulnerable people and committing a criminal act against them.   Just because a company who didn't even give a name with their response says that they have removed my information from their system doesn't mean they didn't use my information or sell it to other companies.  Strategic Consulting, LLC and Ian R***** need stopped and other people need to be made aware that they are a scam.  Legal action needs to be taken against both Strategic Consulting, LLC and Ian R*****.

      The fraudulent sham company continues to bombard me with unsolicited phone calls from various numbers, this includes unsolicited email messages. Furthermore, the record will reflect that I answered a phone call from this sham company and told the boiler room clerk to stop calling me, he said "okay". So, I will refer my complete **** call history to one of the law firms that takes these cases on contingency.

      On 2/2/21 I met face to face with an employee for Strategic Consulting about helping me consolidate my credit. I agreed to the terms and everything. They were supposed to help me pay off my credit cards. I was paying $315 ish a month to them via direct deposit, where they were supposed to talk to my credit card companies and pay them. Fast forward to may, I started receiving calls from my credit card companies saying nothing has been paid. They had been taking out my money and never even paid any on my credit cards! I called them as soon as I found out and requested a refund. They refunded me $152. THAT WAS IT. They took about $1500 in total that they are REFUSING to give back. Since I called and canceled the services, I've tried calling, they deny my calls. I've tried emailing, they ignore my emails. They refuse to talk to me and give me answers. It has dropped my credit by over 300 points!!
